Penn Bistro is phenomenal. The food was out of this world! We received so many compliments from our guests. No one could decide on a favorite dish, because they were all delicious. The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to make our wedding day go smoothly. Big thanks to Pamela, Matthew, and their crew!
