Pretzels are always very brown, hard, and too dry. Never got a warm one no matter what time of day. I miss golden,warm, Soft pretzels. I think we’re done there. Souderton location is outstanding-always warm, golden,soft and mustard cups are free. Yes!

Smelled awful like smoke. Attendants were rude to children waiting patiently and talking about what their choice was. When I looked at the glass where pretzels were stored to warm there was a clear layer of dust. No one else waiting to purchase. Walked out due to smell and dust.

Got some spicy sausage pretzels and they were good, but a little on the dry side.
Not enough variety from what I saw.

Philly Pretzel Factory is always a great treat! Lots of quantities and types of pretzels to choose from. My favorites are the rivets with 2 dips, and the pretzel party trays.
