Smelled awful like smoke. Attendants were rude to children waiting patiently and talking about what their choice was. When I looked at the glass where pretzels were stored to warm there was a clear layer of dust. No one else waiting to purchase. Walked out due to smell and dust.

Got some spicy sausage pretzels and they were good, but a little on the dry side.
Not enough variety from what I saw.

The owners here are some of the absolute nicest I've ever met! Their entire staff is wonderful, really.They take great pride in sharing quality products with their customers, time and time again. They are reasonably priced and always offer fun and unique items around the holidays!!There are closer locations, but I don't mind the drive to support such a great team!!

The staff was always helpful in finding the softest pretzels available for me. I had a dentist who worked on my teeth when he had predementia and now they’re really messed up. I asked the manager for soft ones that were coming out of the oven, and he told me they were for groups who had ordered them. Really.
