My fiancée and I tried Don Hector’s this past weekend for the first time on a whim and we will definitely be back. We were greeted warmly upon entering and then comfortably catered to as we navigated the menu. Without any pressure or rush, suggestions were made where appropriate and the charcoal rotisserie process explained with obvious passion.
