WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Wonderful service and the burger was delicious! Milkshake is just what you need on a summer day!
I had my food delivered through uber eats, but the driver left the milkshake. I went back and the owner was there and very accommodating about it. It really changes your experience when you receive genuine nice customer service.

Came here for the first time, ordered. All flat wings and paid for that option. When I got my order they were not all flats and was told that they don't do all flats even though that they offer that option. Finally after speaking to the manager that issue was fixed.
Unfortunately, the food was awful! The rice tasted off, I had to drown it in soy sauce just for it to be edible.i couldn't taste the garlic Parm sauce on my boneless wings, just tased the seasoning in the breading. The girl behind the counter was rude , unhelpful and seemed bothered that she couldn't be on her phone because she had to talk to me. Definitely will never come back!!!

Ordered online and chose the option for all flats, which is an additional $1.50 charge. Checked my food when picking up, wasn't given all flats. Went back in and was told they don't do all flats. The girl at the counter was very I bothered and offered me nothing. I asked for the manager, then HE told me they don't offer all flats. I showed him the website that I paid extra for that. He then made them for me. Why was it such a fight to get what I paid for?

Best burger in the area

Just tried WNB factory for first time.Tried chicken tenders and cheesesteak egg roll. Was very bland meal unimpressed hope rest of menu is specialty things b/c no flavor. Place was empty and seeing why.

This is a great place and Lila is my favorite worker. There was a nice guy who gave me some free fries. Thank you WNB and I will 100% come back

went for the 1st time today, I had great service n they gave me boneless wings instead of boneless in wings,corrected the order plus gave me the boneless wings at no charge...the food was delicious, definitely recommended this place ,cuz I'm goin bsck
