The staff is always really rude. They almost always mess up our order and our sandwiches are always insanely messy just sauce everywhere or if you order like Curly fries it’s never just the curly fries. There’s always some other fried good in there With it I also tell them I don’t want the receipt every single time and they always hand me the receipt anyways I don’t think even once I have had a zero problem order through these guys it’s ridiculous.

Ordered 2 jalapeno sliders. No jalapenos on either. Ordered a half pound Arby’s. Half the meat was shaved really weird like. Not like you normally get on a sandwich. Tasted different. 2 on food. Service was good though. No bell ring for these sandwiches.

Pretty sure i caught the drive through girl taking picture of my card. (Im not positive because her back was turned ). It’s worth looking into I’d rather say something and be wrong than say nothing and be right. I pulled all my money off and ordered a new card so it can’t be done. My food and drinks were by the window. She took my card turned her back to me was in the corner with something in each hand my card being one. Did nothing food related another girl stood in front of her blocking the view of coworkers and starred at me. They weren’t talking because her mouth didn’t move. She just watched me. My food was ready and paid for there was no reason to take my card turn her back. When I pulled off she pulled her phone out to check. Wensday 3:15pm January 8th shango pa Arby’s drive through. In the drive threw to the left off the fountain drink machine Waiting for a fraud charge. I just changed my card because of that and I go regularly. Check your statements if you been there if I have one I’ll be back. I can’t say for certain but there was no need for that. They might not use it but they can sell it to be used on blank cards or cash app. I know a scam when I see one. My card should been handed back not turn around to a corner doing nothing with food and the other girl standing right in front of her starting at me and not talking. The cameras need to be checked. There are asking glasses made with cameras either way something was off and it made me uncomfortable. I can’t say for certain her back was turned but something wasn’t right and I hope they at least investigate. I go there a lot sometimes twice a day snd that has never happened. I never thought twice it’s been great service and great food but I won’t be going anymore and anyone with card issues start there because I know I will.

Food is usually fresh and the service is quite good. Staff are respectful and friendly. atmosphere is welcoming. Unlike the McDonald's in this area, orders are rarely made incorrectly.
Parking: It's a small parking lot, should be enough to find a spot on most days and times.
Smells like cow manure inside. Tall worker woman with short black hair is also extremely rude

Ordered 2 gyros thru the drive thru. Took home not far and found the bread falling apart. What a mess. Gyros bread was old. Every time we drive thru this Arby's something isn't right. I do not recommend.

I was very impressed with the customer service when I stopped to get a couple roast beef sandwiches tonight. Sam waited on me and proved skillful in multi-tasking...greeting customers & taking their orders, handling the fryer, putting orders together & me containing a pleasant attitude. I was bothered as the customer after me was rude & upset that he had to wait a brief period of time to be waited on. Sam was busy preparing my order yet remained pleasant to the rude customer. I was impressed by Sam's professionalism and patience!!
