We were a large group (9) with kids and the server was very good with us. The food came out at different times. 3 kids meals showed up but no sauces(10minute gap), then 2 more, no sauces. One meal wasn't made, but server made it right for everyone. Then regular entrees came. The presentation on the regular meals recieved oooo's and ahhh's.The $4 margarita I got wasn't very good. It was dipped in water then rimmed with table salt, filled halfway with ice and not sweetened even a bit. It was like salty lime water with bottom shelf tequila. Came in regular glass. Thank goodness it came with a lime wedge.Mac n cheese pulled pork with battered dipped jalapeños, looked amazing! Pasta and cheese sauce were cold. Jalapeños were way too salty and not fresh fried? Kinda hard when you tried to stab em. Pulled pork was OVER pulled (lol) and mushy mess. The flavors however were very good together. Just more to be desired.

We’ve ordered Togo twice before so decided to go eat at the location tonight for the first time. First, the one drink we ordered was absolutely disgusting. It was literally a watered down vodka slush. No flavor at all. None, the drink was replaced with a second which was also undrinkable. We had to ask for a water three separate times before receiving it. Had to ask for ranch twice and didn’t receive that till meal was almost complete. Needed a refill on sodas and also waited until the meal was complete before receiving but that’s not the worst. My 12 year old ordered the filet with double fries and no other side, temperature medium. The filet came out w one side of fries and one side of broccoli. The steak was raw. When we finally got the attention of our waiter to ask for it to be corrected, she brought the manager over. The manager took the steak and asked if we wanted medium or medium well. We reiterated medium. After 20 minutes and us completing our meals, my sons filet was brought back out. This time the filet was not only well done, but burnt. No where near medium. We left to get him McDonald’s. It’s absolutely absurd my child couldn’t get his steak cooked correctly and frankly receiving the burnt steak seemed like an insult. We were nothing but kind during the whole horrible experience. We not only will not be back but will actively encourage others to patronize elsewhere.

Ben Franklin Taproom and Grille. Do you like Prime Rib? Thick juicy delicious medium rare Prime Rib? You can almost taste it when you look at the picture. With au jus, and a baked potato with melty butter? Ben Franklin Taproom has them, really really good thick ones. And I can get rare. You know how hard it is to find rare Prime Rib anywhere? The salad was nice. But check the onion soup, I’m calling it a “crock” of onion soup, because “crock” sounds good. And that onion soup was good, really good. I rarely get onion soup because if it comes out just warm, and the cheese isn’t fully melted slightly browned and dripping down the side of the “crock” (!), I just get irked. This place, serves the onion soup just short of boiling hot. And look at that cheese stretch. Did I mention I love onion soup, when it’s done right? Sit at the bar if you’re alone, or with someone. It’s a friendly bunch. And you haven’t seen a bar this nice in many places at all. Wide and wooden and really sharp looking. Like 20+ beers on tap, and not a PBR in the bunch. That Pabst fad is pretty much over with by now. Oh and a great patio, a BIG patio, in back. Just a pleasant little drive to get there, and just a great spot to be on a warm day on the patio with your favorite libation. Cheers!

Everyone there is friendly, whether it's your first time going or a regular customer they welcome you and make you feel at home (but with better service ?). I am a regular and they remember my food order and drink! LOVE IT there and the food is AMAZING!

Great atmosphere and selection of beers. Food was pretty good, a little pricey for what you get. My wife’s steak was very salty but was cooked perfectly.
This place was fantastic! We went for lunch and the server and service were great. The ribs and chicken salad were phenomenal. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I have to say that the food, service and atmosphere may very well make this the best restaurant in this valley.

Was a wonderful place and time wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much.Prime rib was not tender. Aujus was only fat liquid, no butter and Worcestershire . First timer. Wife's prime rib was much different than mine. We did enjoy our time time there.
