Most of the tables are dirty. Staff was very rude. I'm glad that this is the first and only time they are going to get my business. It's ashame because the food was above average for a Burger King.

This is the only BurgerKing in the new castle area that I'm aware of, If they were to build another one, I'd doubt it would be any better. Overall, the food is usually fresh, the service has always been good, and the atmosphere is friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's not a bad place
Parking: The parking lot is pretty large, considering they usually aren't too busy. I'd say there's enough spots for maybe 30 people, possibly more, I haven't counted.

Last few times i was there the cashier always got an attitude. But regardless of the people the food was great.
I don't know what is happening with fast food but it taste terrible Everytime I visit & order I never end up eating what I buy because it's that bad. .and the ppl working there giving this kinda food should be ashamed of themselves ... do u want cold , old , nasty food??? probably not so then why would u give it to a customer paying for fresh hot food?

Been going here 20+ years. Never actually had a bad experience, if I dine-in I’ll wait longer as drive-thru is always top priority. A few times order was wrong, they may have forgotten 1 item but my partner would call and speak to the manager who always replaced it. Food and environment, including the bathrooms have always been clean. I miss the way whoppers used to taste, you can tell corporate has downgraded the meat quality, isn’t the same so unfortunately I’ve stopped going to Burger King.
