“Kid-friendliness: My son had to get blood work done so I took him here for breakfast because of their legendary french toast sticks. It was SO refreshing how warm and friendly everyone was here. Everything was very clean and staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Plus the food was cheaper than expected. The food was hot and fresh! I enjoyed it here more than I would have in a sit down restaurant. It's hard to find a place that's welcoming and people are so friendly but this place was amazing!“

“Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. I spoke to the manager Betty and explained there is no way that this could be my order I wanted my food made fresh, she tries to tell me that it was made fresh which was insulting because I am very intelligent not to mention I used to manage Wendy’s in Cleveland Ohio before so I know it takes 10-12 minutes to cook something fresh. So after the replaced the order I asked the manager Betty if I could have a word with her when I finished my meal, upon completion I went to talk to the manager Betty to explain that only the chicken sandwich was hot and the burger wasn’t satisfactory my intention was to request half my money back being I wasn’t satisfied. It was at that point I was asked to leave and I was still eating a frosty and my daughter was still eating at this point because it wasn’t resolved at the store level I do not ever plan to visit Wendy’s again and now requesting a full refund. I do not want and gift certificate or any thing like that , you can keep your apologies because the manager Betty should have been the one to provide it. Please send a check for the full balance of my order to.“

“No, I would not recommend. I waited before writing this review hoping that I would get a call back from the manager. I left 2 requests for him to call me and haven't heard anything back. My husband and I were there on a Saturday for lunch. Our food was ok and service was fine. I ordered takeover for my mom, a hamburger with nothing but raw onion on it. We finished our lunch and waited a long time for the takeout. My mom called the next day to thank me. She said they remembered the raw onion, unfortunately there was no hamburger, just the bun and raw onion. We love to support local businesses, however we will not be going back to The Crane Room. I didn't expect a free meal or even credit. However an apology would have gone a long way.“

“Very modern and very tasty can-make-you-drool foods! But one time when my mom ordered online for my food, I only got the burger but this time with the ketchup, I didn't want it so I made my own burger with the hamburger from the Burger King and I put cheese on it, but I still enjoyed the food though.“

“I went to this Wendy’s today. The employees were nice and the food was excellent, the only thing is my sprite was a little flat. I don’t mind though ha ha it was still good.😆
My kid got a kids meal and they let my kid switch the toy which was very peachy 🍑. My oldest got a junior baconator meal but said her fries were too salty, but you know, teenagers, they complain about everything LOL. The costumer servers was excellent!“

“I will honestly be the first to tell ya, this restaurant is fine, just how I feel ,not just this location but every one I have been too. I just wanted to say my husband and I came to this restaurant for a few beers and some apps!! I will tell you, this is the best service we had at this particular location, our waitress was so great!! I just got out the receipt our waitress was Jessica R!!! I called in and gave a great review and we do not know her so it’s not bias, but I think people mostly call in to complain, so hopefully the manager reaches out to give you the credit for what you deserve … working hard does pay off!!“

Everyone does their best, and the friendliest order hand-off you could ever ask for is from employee Annie, who always has a smile to share. “I went in for a cone, had a fifty and the kid behind the counter paid it forward and bought my cone for me. I will definitely be going back. I hope they do some type of parking lot Car cruise. Looking forward for that patio to open up might be a good place for a DJ during the car cruise.“

“Food was excellent with ribs always fall off the bone good. Server was very attentive checking often to be sure everything was good. You must try the chocolate chip dessert made with premium ice cream on a warm cookie and drizzled with chocolate syrup.“
