Cedars needs to step up a little. Waiting more than hour for food is ridiculous. Cooks are outside smoking while the dining room is full. I usually go Friday and Saturday. I watch people walk out waitress are frustrated. There is a girl that is there every Friday and Saturday trying to make everything run smoothly. She goes from the bar to the dining room to the kitchen trying to please the customers. The last two month have been crazy here. I don't know if I will be back. Sir, you are losing your in-house customers over the new system. That system won't make up for your lost customers. it's a shame you have a great business Mr. Pagley and you are destroying it.

We love the food but the kitchen is slow and takes hours. We have been there twice in the last two months and had to wait so long it was irritating. I don’t blame the waitress but I blame the management and the kitchen. I am sorry that this was just as bad as the last. We will not be back.

Okay, the food here kicks ass! I've been here 3x now, the service is pretty good, not unnecessarily sweet or gushy, which is half refreshing & half rusty. It's a tolerable thing since the food is so damn good! I personally was happy to sit by the kitchen where the workers were blaring metal music, but I don't know if my parents who were visiting from MA really appreciated it! Overall, This is my 2nd favorite place to eat out in the New Castle, PA area. If you want great food, decent service, and pub like atmosphere, you won't go wrong here!

My husband and I decided to go here for dinner tonight. we have never been here before and we have very open minds in regards to trying new places to eat.
I ordered ravioli and it comes with a salad or soup. I got the salad with Italian dressing.
He got the chicken tender basket and we ordered hot chips.
The hot chips were very bland and not crunchy at all. which was very disappointing. My husband said that his chicken tender basket was comparable to fair food and he said that it wasn't very good.
My ravioli was very bland as well. The sauce had no flavor, no garlic, no Italian seasoning it was like cheap sauce. I didn't even finish it.
We don't recommend this place. Please go elsewhere.
