“I visited the New Castle Popeyes with my two buddies and had a great experience, mainly because of the level of service, which is rare at fast food restaurants.

We ordered chicken and tenders. Everything was very fresh. The chicken tasted really good and the fries were hot, but what stood out the most was how we were treated.

The staff, especially David, showed a level of service I have honestly never seen at a fast food place. He checked on us three times to make sure we were good, offered extra sauces without being asked, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He even made sure to say goodbye when we left, which almost never happens in fast food settings.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience changed my view on the level of service at fast food restaurants. Great food, but even better service. I will definitely be coming back.“
