Nothing special. Been reading about how New Castle is the Hot dog capital of Pennsylvania. So, we picked this one restaurant to try. Nothing remarkable. The hot dogs didn't really have much flavor and the cheese fries were average.

Have been eating their Chili Dogs for 44 years. The chili has never changed in taste. Great fries also. They need to bring back the Sprite to drink.

So excited it’s open! Our food was delicious and my husband was impressed by how kind the drive-thru staff was. Love seeing our East Side/Shenango area come back to life one business at a time. We will be back!

I highly recommend MP Coney Island. My parents went on dates there after class at Westminster. This place holds a special place in my heart with the family gatherings we had here growing up. Best Chili dogs and fries! Love how successful this place is!

We stopped for lunch while traveling through PA. This spot is the perfect pick-me-up for a long day on the road. The interior was updated in a modern yet retro esthetic. The coney dogs are simply amazing and the fries were delicious as well. The food was reasonably priced and the portions met every expectation. Hands down the best part of the visit was the friendly staff. They were welcoming as soon as we walked in and checked in on our needs while there. They were over the top on cleaning and one of the men even detailed the trash can! Don’t let other disappointing “quick interstate diners” sway you from stopping. You’ll leave happy and ready to hit the road again! ?

Coney Island is a local icon in New Castle. I got chili, cheese, mustard and onions on the regular hot dogs (not the all beef ones). I found the taste to be a bit bland. Service was quick and courteous. The price was slightly higher than what I thought it should be. There was nothing wrong with the restaurant and it seemed clean but nothing extra special about the setting. Don't take this as a bad review because many people I know love this place so you should go there and try multiple menu items and decide for yourself.
