Checked in at 6:05 to the front and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes for a table for two. We waited 35 minutes before being buzzed, they were busy. Gave our order at 6:55, a sandwich and a steak sizzler. Our appetizer arrived at 7:05. At 7:40 our crane chips were reduced to a few crumps, drinks were empty, no sign of life from the staff. At 7:45 we went to the front to advise we wanted to pay for 2 ice teas and a basket of crane chips. The girl asked who our waitress was, dnk. She said she would get the waitress. 7 minutes later no living, breathing response. I offered again to pay and I received no answer from the second girl at the front. We left. We really used to enjoy this restaurant but noticed it has been slipping. Add to the do not return list..

Reason behind a 3 star on service. I think it was not right to only have 1 person working the bar, waiting tables, & bussing them after. Be cause some called off. And they didn't call some one in to work.

I would like to share one little thing our waitress slashed bartender/cleaner upper was amazing apparently somebody called off and she was the only 1 working the bar area. This is pretty sad when you can have people coming out for work and leave it all on her. And apparently on the other side of the restaurant there was a waitress working by herself also. Today's date is the 16th.

Very Nice place and Bar Tender Girls treat me very well, they are professionals, I Really Enjoy The Crain Room, Angelo Medure Jr, It's Definitely One of My Stops ?, lol, The Mule in a Copper Mug ,Ice , Ginger Beer & Crown , with Fresh mint, I'm Not a Drinker, but I usually have one there an their delicious to say the least. Came to watch the band “The Wait”. Band was awesome. Took over 2 hours to get our food. Restaurant could not keep up with the amount of people that were there. They were not prepared! Poor waitress did the best job she could. Next time you have a band that has a large following, you need to have enough servers and kitchen help. You knew it was going to be large because you moved it to the New Englander because there were expected to be so many people.

We love everything about the Crane Room!With a large selection of craft brews (most made in house), delectable food items , delicious cocktails and friendly staff this makes an absolutely fantastic atmosphere for any celebration or just a night out.The industrial theme and rustic decorations are a must see for sure, and even hold a deep history to Newcastle.10/10 recommend!

Phenomenal cocktails, A+ French onion soup, I am gluten free dairy free and egg free and got a grilled chicken salad, it was good. Hard to be wowed by a everything free salad. Everyone else loved their food.Also got take out, waitress was wonderful. Didn't mess a single thing up.

Always enjoyed getting a burger from here. However, we went here on a Monday night and our burgers took forever and overcooked. The bartender was very nice there.

After waiting forever to get our food, we ask where are food Was? The waitress told us that another waitress gave our food to another table! Then we waited forever to get our check even though I stood up with my coat on, she seen we were ready to leave and still took her time. I wasn't feeling well and to get a quick bite took over 2 hours. Terrible!
