For how expensive DQ is, they should at least properly fill the cups. This is a shame, total ripoff. We eat here all the time and stuff like this always happens. What is hard about filling the cups up? The medium blizzard is missing 1/3 of it’s contents.

I got my son a chicken basket combo with a three dollar off coupon and I got a diet Pepsi. $16.00 needless to say this will be the LAST time we go there. Oh and we were the only ones in there at lunch time. What's that tell you?

Never mixes the icecream

It was a zoo. I mean super busy! And the. Two girls out front were doing their best to take orders and run food! Even. Thought it was nuts inside and out!

The manager working Saturday April 27th at around 7 was completely ignorant to an older gentleman asking for a bag with handles for an order. The way the manager talked to him and treated him was disgusting. I will not be back just because of said managers actions and will be actively informing everyone I can of the embarrassing behavior this manager displayed for all patrons to witness.

Someone keeps screwing up my ice cream. It's good but every single time it looks like it was stomped out on a curb. My family keeps getting the same thing and it's perfect, looks just like the idle ice cream. But when I order it looks like someone reached into the machine, pulled out the ice cream, shoved it down the cone before playing catch with it.

Milkshake tasted like drinking milk.you get a thicker Milkshake at McDonald's

Went through the drive thru and and was greeted very rudely, all because we had 2 separate orders

We have come here several times in hopes just once someone would get the order correct. No, I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger which the cashier said automatically comes with American cheese yellow, pickles, ketchup, mustard. My husband ordered a cheeseburger plain! It was on the slip as plain as day what we wanted! Again, my burger was made WRONG! As I started eating it, wondered why it was dry and tasteless! No ketchup, no mustard, nor pickles, the burger apparently shrunk since the last time I was here and very little cheese, mostly bun!! Again, the order on slip said plain cheeseburger only for my husband! This has happened to me every time I’ve came here, I’ve given multiple chances to change and improve, no such luck! This time I just ate the burgher as is, as other times I’ve waited too long for a CORRECT burger and had my fries go cold! We won’t be back this time! Sorry, multiple screw ups, high priced food! Train those workers better how to make food the way customers ask! And the single cheeseburger was much bigger the last time we were there but again made wrong! Very poor!

Everyone's friendly, food and ice cream is amazing, would recommend to anyone.
