I know I’m a big back but like yall forgot some icecream I know I’m not tripping lol…still gonna eat it just sad now🥲

Went on 23 Oct 25 .. super nice woman took our orders. We asked to add pickles to our burgers and the kitchen staff was awesome and gave us more than just 3 lol. The blizzards were Amazing.. the cheese cake bites in the pumpkin pie blizzard was a very Kool twist.( Highly recommend) ...

So you think dairy queen could handle a cone dipped in chocolate. Nope! I got a glob of ice-cream in a plastic cup with chocolate shell poured on it..no cone. Bla I threw it in the garbage. Worst ever!! want to see a picture let me know i can't add one here.

Sat in line for 10 minutes on a hot day to get cones at the end melted with a thumb hole in the cone. When I asked for them to replace it they walked around the corner, came back and handed me the same ones. Melted now more...with a hole in one. I pulled away and called a very rude manager, young guy who said they were replaced ,was extremely rude and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I messaged the owner on Facebook telling her details about the actions of her employees. Never answered me....No reply. Never went back, never will.

Well we had to stop & get the 'SuperMan' Blizzard. It's pretty good. The location is the Best in the Area. 5 stars

Nice DQ with friendly service. Everything that you would expect at DQ. Great ice cream. Cone was fresh and filled to the bottom inside.

Would be a lot better if the entire staff wasn’t teenagers that have no idea what they’re doing or get mad when you ask for specifics

For how expensive DQ is, they should at least properly fill the cups. This is a shame, total ripoff. We eat here all the time and stuff like this always happens. What is hard about filling the cups up? The medium blizzard is missing 1/3 of it’s contents.

I got my son a chicken basket combo with a three dollar off coupon and I got a diet Pepsi. $16.00 needless to say this will be the LAST time we go there. Oh and we were the only ones in there at lunch time. What's that tell you?
