Someone keeps screwing up my ice cream. It's good but every single time it looks like it was stomped out on a curb. My family keeps getting the same thing and it's perfect, looks just like the idle ice cream. But when I order it looks like someone reached into the machine, pulled out the ice cream, shoved it down the cone before playing catch with it.

We usually don't stop at this DQ. Tonight was frustrating. I grant that prices are changing constantly. However when two customers orders are $2 each more than stated on the signage there's a problem someone needs to deal with. The manager had to fix an issue and was trying to get food to other customers. Honestly, he already knew the price was wrong but hasn't been given the method to fix it. The place was very busy though.

We were greeted by a very friendly counter person who took our order quickly and explained some new items on the menu. I had ordered the Royal Cheesecake Blizzard not realizing that it had raspberry in it (I'm not a raspberry fan) and when I mentioned it he immediately stopped the person making it and had it redone without the raspberry, although I had not asked him to. That's the little extra things I appreciate! I like DQ ice cream and this Blizzard did not disappoint!...
