I’ve recently moved here and thought so far the people were nice until I encountered this store location, I placed an order on 1/18/24 for 2 medium pizzas that came out to $25.I have been charged but never received my order. Order number #661 was never delivered. I tried calling but was answered by a rude person who barely speaks English. He said they’re closed and handed up before I even got the chance to explain anything. I don’t know if I will be ordering here again. But I am for sure getting my money back!!! Don’t work in customer service based jobs if you don’t like dealing with people. I am extremely frustrated with the service I got today

We haven't ordered from them in years so we thought we would have it a try again. We ordered 2 medium pizzas garlic knot conna Stix and a 2 liter. We only got 1 pizza garlic knots and a 20oz pop thedekivery guy said they messed up he would be right back out and nothing. Now can't get ahold of anybody at the store I'm furious. We have been ordering the same things from this location for years and order enough that we get a free pizza a cpl times a yr, to give u an idea of our purchase history. Consistent until 2023, when for some reason the quality has rapidly decreased. Chalked up the first couple bad experiences as mistakes, but the same things kept happening. For example, we order the sweet bbq bacon specialty chicken and it’s always about the width of the box. Now the same thing is barely reaching half, as can be seen in the pic. This wouldn’t even be terrible if they saw it as something they needed to rectify, but when i called, they literally argued w me that there were 12 pieces of chicken n to count the chicken. he just kept telling me to count the pieces of chicken, which im sure were 12, but more like six normal pieces cut in half, if im lucky. It was the most baffling conversation i’ve had w someone when approaching such things. They were only focused on their technical achievement of cutting costs and, now cutting customers. I’ll never order from this store again

Very very expensive and no body in there speaks English language very clearly so it's hard to understand them when they repeat your order and if they make it wrong they tell you that is how it is made. Do not like the new management it is being ran by.

Their Pizza is not that good .they skimp on the sauce it's like eating pepperoni and sausage on a piece of bread if I wanted that I could cook that myself they're just too skimpy on the sauce I just don't want to eat bread I want a little flavor to it.really in reality that's the whole point about eating pizza don't be skimpy on the sauce

I ordered once and well I probably won't be back.. I ordered 2 medium pizzas one with cheese and one with pepperoni and sausage. Along with garlic bread. My cheese was fine, the second pizza had no sausage. And wait my garlic bread was done in the cinnamon twist sauce that they then threw the garlic and butter and parmesan cheese on top of the mistake.. definitely not happy and will be reporting it too I'll post a picture of my garlic bread with the cinnamon twist sauce

Pizzas are always doughy even when u have it cooked well done.
