They all have bad attitudes like really bad attitudes I never l caused problems every time I go in they mess up and I finally said something when I ordered a medium chocolate cone and she gave me vanilla i went up nicely said something and the lady I don’t know her name but she is usually on register older lady who where a Visor hat thing anyways she gotten really really nasty about it they turned around and gave me a small cone she made it a bigger deal then it needed to be I know what I ordered I should of gone to the Manager
I left in tears
Her and a few other girls on the back was bashing me it made me feel like I done something wrong and I didn’t I would never spend my money there again ever

I ordered a mimi cookie dough blizzard. All i got was melted vanilla ice cream. I even poured the ice cream in the bowl. Absolutely no cookie dough. Ridiculous. Especially when it is so expensive.

terrible service. placed an order for curbside, the website said it would take them an estimated 8 minutes to make two slushees. after sitting in the parking space TEN MINUTES past that, we went through the drive through and explained what happened and asked if we could pull around to the window to pick up our order. they told us no..and to pull BACK to the same spot we had been sitting in for 15+ minutes..and to call the store to “inform them that we have arrived”. confused,as that should be your job,if “curbside” is supposed to be an option.

I got the 2 for $5 chicken tenders . Got 4 ranch . The chicken tender was flaky like fish which I don't think it should be . The ranch was sour . A few hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 2 days . I will never eat there again n

Each Dairy Queen is a franchise. I was talking to 1 of the managers here who said the owner goes by what the corporate DQ does. There seems to be some confusion. I have never worked for DQ but I do my research. I have an issue with 3 things that I have encountered:

1. An oreo blizzard gets 1, 2, 3, and 4 scoops respectively. This DQ apparently does not go by scoops? I received a medium blizzard with scoops from a mini. They do not use scoops but they do have a way to measure. If I wanted just ice cream in a cup I would have ordered it that way.

2. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket with honey mustard as a sauce. I get 1 honey mustard. The manager said that they give 1 sauce for a 4 piece and 1 sauce for a 6 piece. Does this make sense? He was going to charge me for a 2nd one. As a manager he tells me he agrees it makes no sense. The issue I have is other DQs give 2 sauces with a 6 piece and no extra charge.

3. Some people that are working here do not have good customer service skills and that includes managers. I am not saying this because of the issues but overall because of the way things are handled. There is a difference between day and night shift people.

Conclusion: This DQ does NOT do what the corporate DQ suggests on many things. I suggest going to the DQ up the road in Ohio where you will get everything the way it should be. Gas to travel that far will not outweigh the issues but you can stop at a gas station on the way up there and get it for 2.86/gallon based on when I wrote this review. I hope this review gets to the owner and/or GM who will actually implement change for the better.

Ordered a large mobile order $87!!! and went to this store. It still wasn't ready so waited another 10 minutes. Got food left and when i got home they got my order wrong and forgot food. Nothing new with fast food but I called and talked to GM to just have them refund me because I wasn't driving all the way back to the store. They would only refund me if I went back to the store or they could send me a coupon. I was polite up until that point because they messed up and now I have to waste more of my time to fix it. BS this store is a joke, GM is a joke. They can keep my money because I'm not going back ever.
