Worst Dunkin’ around foods never fresh never get your order right and always a line

We have had one other issue before and I left a review, it was about a expensive order mishap. The manager was suppose to fix it but truly didn't. Now today my senior mother heads in to grab us coffee and my autistic daughter who is 7 donuts and us. My mother was not paying attention to the cashier/assistant manager grabbing said donuts, and took our stuff and left. My autistic daughter can be a lot at times. When they reach home and dish everything out, we realize the donuts are wrong. My mother is hard of hearing, diabetic, and disabled. She called DD, spoke to the rudest assistant manager but we didn't know it at the time, she explained the situation and said she couldn't go back down. Well when I heard how nasty she was, I made her go down and see the manager and get her actual donuts. Well needless to say the ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, BLAMED MY SENIOR MOTHER FOR GRABBING THE WRONG DONUTS, told her she should of checked the bag- my mother explained that her autistic grand daughter was with her- she still showed no empathy. She then stated how rude my mother was on the phone, meanwhile she was being very nasty to her on the phone and in person. I do not know what the hell is going on, but people shouldn't be treated like this over donuts. So I can't take my disabled children in to your establishment because you might screw up my order and you are going to go off on me? No thanks. Do better. Totally uncalled for. People have health conditions in our community and you must do better by treating people BETTER. Donuts. Freaking donuts people.

Awful. Every time I come they mess up how I want my coffee made and they get upset with an attitude when I come back around and ask them politely to remake it.
I had put in a complaint online. Corporate had make a ticket for the supervisor to call me from my local Dunkin to remedy this situation. The problem was I ordered 100 munchkins on the 28th for my family. We never get donuts, or order out so when we do I expect it to be right and it to be reasonably right. When I got the (2) 50 pack munchkins the munchkins werent the kind I asked for, my daughter is allergic to pumpkin and we asked the pumpkin to be separate from the other box- it wasn't. They threw mushy munchkins into boxes that totalled 65 munchkins. That was the first incident. So I finally here from the boss down there late last night. She was so sweet, she said they still had buckets (because on 10/28- I didn't get them) and I had major problems. She apologized for all the issues I had and asked if she could replace the munchkins. I said absolutely. She asked what time I'd be there, and I said 6am. Well my autistic daughter was up sick all night so I had to end my mother down there. And we ordered a bunch more stuff on top of getting these munchkins. Turns out, we only got 50, that were "assorted" and they didn't have my original assortment. So now my daughter can't even have any because there is pumkin in both. I would of been ok with the original flavors that I chose. If she wasn't sure, she should of let it up to me to decide. My mom demanded to pick more because there was only 50, they only allowed her to pick 10 more chocolate. So I get told one thing, employees do another thing. The woman she dealt with was a woman with glasses.
Sad part is, we normally don't have issues here, I don't complain when my coffee is screwed up or anything. This is simply because They could care less about an allergy. I labeled it on my order notes. But instead of contacting Dunkin again, I'm moving on. The munchkins they gave this morning was not enough to even cover what they screwed up last time. Sad part is, it's not even the supervisors fault, it's the employees fault. And then they are with customers. It's gross. Happy holidays!
Oh and apparently they didn't charge my mom for 6 of her donuts. However that still doesn't help the fact my daughter doesn't have her munchkins. ???? Dunkin.... I would of rather get what I was told I was going to get instead of my mother getting free donuts...

This morning, I got a coffee and bagel. After I received my coffee I don’t was told to move to a parking spot and they would bring my bagel out, which is totally fine. Then I sat there for 10 MINUTES waiting for a bagel. I drove off to find a bagel not even enjoyable. Cream cheese on one side and not even enough to even spread to other side.
I definitely will not be stopping for another breakfast item.

If I could rate them a zero I definitely would. They mess my drink up every single time I go there. I always get a Dunkin midnight and realized they was giving me original blend so I started going in person to make sure they didn’t and guess what they still did. This morning I watched this girl do it and I asked her if she gave me midnight and she said yeah I gave you the rest of it which was ironic because there was nothing even in the container when I walked in the door. I told her I watched her put original blend in the cup and she got mad and walked away and continued to ignore me. If I’m being charged more I want what I ordered, if we work hard for our money then we should be getting our moneys worth but young kids now days don’t understand the value of money apparently. The moral is go to the one on top of the hill and save your self from the frustration ?

Dietary restrictions: I go here at least three times a week. Sometimes it's a hit-and-miss with who makes the coffee. But other than that, it's always good.

The one manager they have named Kaileah Vellone is so friendly and very kind. I bring in my toddler grandson and he likes to order himself. She is very patient with him and she makes him happy every time we come there. She definitely deserves a raise.

Always screw up my order through door dash
Went and ordered 5 bagels for breakfast for me and my family and there was no cream cheese on them at all!! When we went back through they said there was nothing they could do.

Stale donuts drinks alway half filled an not too mention no one uses appropriate ppv for handling food or drinks an too top it off blamed a woman of stuff that never happened but let's minors solicited older men while working huh funny isn't it the the manager Amy knows about it an yet does nothing I suggest the health department an officials need to due investiongations on all employees including there management the place is a joke an doesn't care about customers

Waited 10 minutes to get the drink in the drive thru when the girl pops around and asks if I got my drink. Cold foam was melted by the time I got it and the drink itself was barely mixed.
