I stopped at the Neshannock location in New Castle while traveling. I've been to many Dunkin locations and have to say the service here is one of the worst! When we first walked in, we noticed how nice of a location it is. We also noticed they have far more staff than most locations. You would think that would mean faster service, but it definitely didn't. We ordered at the kiosk. One of the items we wanted wasn't there, so we asked for it at the counter. There were 7 young people, not one greeted us. They were playing around, not focused at all. I'm all for enjoying your work day, but if you can't talk AND work, then stick to what you're being paid for. There were 2 people seated who already had their order, so we were the only people in the lobby waiting. Somehow, it still took almost 20 minutes before we received 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a muffin. That was the slowest, unfriendliest service I've ever received at Dunkin. I've been at locations were there are only 3 employees, with a line in the drive-through and the lobby, and we received our order quicker. When we drive off, we realized our sandwiches both had a slice of cold cheese thrown on them. There shouldn't be cold cheese on a toasted breakfast sandwich. Also, I was given the wrong flavor of muffin. This was definitely not a Chocolate Chip muffin. For there to be so many people taking their good ol' time, yet they still couldn't get the order right. These employees need to be trained or replaced. I would not recommend this location.

I went there today. Too bad zero stars is not an option. They put 4 doughnuts in a small bag. They all got smashed together. It made a mess inside the bag. The doughnuts all cross contaminated each other.
Do better! Put them in a box!

No customer interaction. Stood there for few minutes before I actually had to greet them. Everyperson in this shop looked like they were being held by gunpoint to work there. Dunking must treat there employees horrible to have no one smile...

Ordered from the kiosk,
Everything was fine until we asked for the LARGE straws, they only had SMALL straws out in the lobby, SMALL straws are NOT applicable to LARGE drinks!!!!!
The, what I can only assume was the manager, says “what’s the problem” in the cockiest attitude. As we tried explaining that the straws would not fit our drinks she grabbed ONE large straw, set it down, then walked away, we had 3 Drinks. The cashier who rung us out was very sweet. The manager needs fired.

Also also, the manager SPECIFICALLY said there was only ONE size straw.
As you can see in the photo the two SMALL straws were picked from the straw holder in the lobby, as the bigger straw (middle straw) was handed over very rudely with attitude.
This goes to show if you don’t know the difference in straw sizes you DO NOT deserve to be a MANAGER.

Terrible customer service at the drive thru window. The girl was not friendly rolled her eyres at me gave me mean looks and her tone of voice cause I said I didn’t get my donut and there was no whipped cream on my hot chocolate. Then the manager was just as rude claiming she was standing right there, and she was not standing there the whole time that this girl was treating me like that and all I said to her was you do not have to treat me like that it was not rude to you not one time all I said was, I did not receive my doughnut and you got cocky and said what kind of donut was it? Also well, other workers stood there, and then they laughed as we pulled away

I stopped here the other night with my aunt and cousin, keep in mind I go to dunkin every single day and I use to work for 4 different locations! When I tell you I will never ever ever come back to this location again I mean it! We all ordered iced coffees with extra sugar. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru while we waited for the 3 girls to stopped talking and playing around and then finally we get our coffees we go to pull around and instead of liquid sugar in our iced coffees we had granulated sugar in them so we pulled back up to the speaker and told them they had us pull around back to the window. The one girl ripped the window open and said “How about next time you order you specifically say you want liquid sugar” I proceeded to say we did then you she cut me off and said “it’s our own faults why our coffees were made the way they were if we don’t specify we want liquid sugar (which we did) we get granulated sugar” I then continued to tell her she was rude as hell because at this point she’s screaming at me because I had asked to remake them because we said and paid for what we wanted and wanted it made correctly. She then continued to slam the drive thru window shut and her and friends just started laughing about it. I have already called corporate because no matter what it’s disrespectful and rude to treat anyone that kind of way! And out of all 4 locations I’ve ever worked at different franchises or not an iced coffee has always been instructed to be made with liquid sugar. If the customer asked for stevia or Splenda or equal or specifically asked for granulated sugar then that’s when we would add any of the sort. So with that being said I will never ever be back to this location and it’s sad to say but this store is completely unprofessional and rude.

This store is always so busy!! i've avoided going through the drive thru like the plague. I've been waiting for them to get BOO BUCKETS in, and they had them today (10/25/2024)! Because there was no BOO BUCKET option on the app, I ask Associate Asia what I could do to get my app order of munchkins put in the Boo Bucket! She more than satisfied my request and made my day. Be kind to these people, especially during the morning rush! Thank You ASIA!!!!! Have a Happy Halloween!

The "cup of latte" was so light when it was handed to me I almost threw it, it was so light. It was a "medium" BUT, the hot coffee only filled 1/4-1/3 of the cup. There was so much froth on top yet there was so little coffee the froth didn't even make it to the top of the cup. The actual coffee itself has zero flavor, it was like frothy butter pecan flavored water that looked at a cup of coffee. I poured it into my regular size tervis cup that had some of my home coffee still in it and it didn't even fill that.
I need to stop giving Dunkin a chance, every time I go to one, I leave disappointed and wasted money.
The employees tried. The girl who took our order was nice. But we waited for 15 minutes inside to get our two drinks. People in front of me and behind me in live got their drinks and left. I was asked twice if I needed something or what drink I was waiting on... It was Thursday around 9:10am. Their sticker machine was acting up, but my drinks were either given out the drive thru window or just completely forgotten about.
Anybody want to buy the rest of my gift cards from Dunkin?
