One of the rudest women ive ever encountered working their drive thru mic. Zero customer service skills. Guy at rhe window thought it was funny when I expressed my displeasure with how she spoke to me on the drive thru speaker. What a bunch of rude people they have working there! Definitely NOT worth saving a few bucks on my favorite drink! (They're cheaper than surrounding dunkin)

They can be slow at times because of being short on staff, but every morning I go here there are a couple ladies who are so sweet. I don't know their names but just try to thank them when you go through. It could be stressful at times, especially with disgruntled customers.
The lady working the mobile drive thru was not very nice. See seemed bothered that we were there and flat out annoyed that we said something when weren't given our whole order (Ordered 3 items, only received 1) window slammed in our face twice. Sorry I interrupted you, next time I'll just go elsewhere.

Not only is my order almost never right, which I understand can happen sometimes & I always give service workers grace, and never speak up but the attitudes of employees are awful and downright disrespectful. I’ve never been talked to by a worker the way I have been here. I have been coming back time & time again after being unsatisfied but I will not be returning again especially after my visit today. do better.

I got one dozen donuts and received the most plain donuts. This was after they forgot to give me my donuts in the first place when I made the online order. They also messed up my drinks and did not give me straws.
