This is the third time I’ve come here at 7pm for my dad. He always requests a frozen mocha. Later in the evenings, I can’t ever get him his drink because they say, “Sorry our machines are cleaned for the night.” I’m sorry but, you close at 9pm.. there is 2 hours left of the night. Do better.

I was in the drive through and ordered a iced chai with cold foam on it and a frozen carmel Drink, I just wanted to say that they were completely nasty. Now i’m not one to complain this much because everybody have bad days but my drink was quite literally 99% ice an 1% drink It was filled from the bottom to the complete top with ice. there was no cold foam even though i asked for it. You guys should really invest in more product if you can’t put what was even on the ticket… in the drink. Very disappointing, Me and her didn’t even finish our drink because it was crucially nasty. Not to mention when we were pulling in. everything there was completely unprofessional. in thru the windows the girls were goofing off, trying to catch food with their mouths. completely unprofessional, disgusting drinks. wow. just ew.

Hard to park especially if there is a line to the drive thru then you are stuck . Was just here December 15 , 2025 . Very rude girls working here . I walked in waiting 5 minutes because no one was up front. Nothing was ready although I did a mobile order 10 minutes before that . Won't be coming back

Frozen Chi latte are awesome, want to give a huge shout out to the two staff members who helped me this morning. Really appreciate this store and everybody is always super friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names. Two very nice young ladies. Took very good care of my order this morning.

On the way to a game… Stopped to get a couple coffee’s!! 2 young employees working!! In over there head with no experience and no support!! The owner should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen!! So sorry to the 2 kids left to struggle 🙏🏻🥲 poor management!!!!!

One of the rudest women ive ever encountered working their drive thru mic. Zero customer service skills. Guy at rhe window thought it was funny when I expressed my displeasure with how she spoke to me on the drive thru speaker. What a bunch of rude people they have working there! Definitely NOT worth saving a few bucks on my favorite drink! (They're cheaper than surrounding dunkin)
I ordered avacado toast with bacon and It didnt come with bacon and the bread wasn’t toasted and I ordered stuffed mini everything bagels and they came cold
