One of the absolute best restaurants in New Castle. I've tried sushi all over and this place is pretty top notch. Every time people ask for Asian food I always recommend Empire Palace. So glad they came to town.
Good... Sometimes. I've gone to the Pittsburgh location for years and the food has always been great. Here, in New Castle, it seems to be hit and miss. One week everything will be great. The same dish a week later will be terrible.

My mother wanted to go to this place as she loves Chinese food. She and my step father went here for Valentines Day and they were very impressed. She doesn't know how to make a review online so I said I would but first I wanted to see for myself. I'm glad I did. I'm not sure what the history of this establishment is as we just moved to this area. I have a feeling it may have had some issues and changed hands, it just felt that way.
