The Sweet Potato Chili is the absolute best! I've doubled the recipe seven (7) times now and my friends and I have enjoyed it monthly since December. Instead of the water, I use unsalted chicken stock and I've even added several other ingredients to the recipe such as a can of Rotel, a can of whole corn, a can of kidney beans, and a can of garbanzo beans. We absolutely LOVE these soups! Our favorite is Garlic Cabbage and Quinoa, but the others are great, too! So good and so good for you! I am actually considering giving these soup mixes as gifts. It goes without saying we highly recommend these soups. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
Super easy to prepare, absolutely delicious, and extraordinarily healthy. Sweet potatoe chili is my favorite but just prepared the coconut curry and it is also a winner. Great for lunch or dinner!
