Usually a solid choice but this time , terrible. Pizza was very thin and too much sauce, Luke warm. Can't explain cinnamon sticks because the cinnamon sugar was missing....

Cold food! Cheese not melted and 2 pieces of the pizza didn't even have any cheese on it! Only ordered from here because our regular place is closed for the holiday. For what they charge, the food should be at least hot.

I love pizza. Grew up and lived in New Castle all of my life. Worked at a very popular pizza place for 10 years. I tasted this pizza for the first time tonight and thought. Ew, I can fix this. So I added my usual hot pepper flakes and Hidden Valley ranch... Still gross. 10/10 Would not recommend. It a was a mixture between the half cooked dough and the frozen and re-thawed cheese. Not ok. My work throws us pizza parties all the time and the pizza there is subpar. This was a disgrace.

I ordered the pizza on a Sunday around 226… they said pizza would be to my location in about 40 minutes. My pizza did not get delivered until 445 and was cold to the point of having to microwave it .. my husband called and spoke with the manager who said it is impossible for that to be true considering he quoted us 45 minute arrival. The manager argued more with my husband and he then stated that we will not be coming back to this location again. The manager said that he didn’t care if we came back. 60 dollars for our food to be 2 hours late and ice cold. Ridiculous.

If you want a taste of the "fair" but wasn't able to get to one this year look no further...or maybe you just want something sweet but not the usual.... Fox's now has Deep Fried Oreos and they are AMAZING!!!!... definitely worth the price! Stop in or call and order any time Mon-Sunday... Also don't be afraid to ask for any deals and keep a look out in the mail/paper for weekly/monthly coupons

We have tried the BBQ chicken, Deluxe, Pepperoni Plus, and Chicken Rancher. BBQ chicken and Pepperoni Plus are awesome! Deluxe was ok. The veggie chunks were just too big for my liking. Chicken Rancher (added bacon) was good, but needed more sauce. I couldn't taste the Ranch at all. Suggest adding some garlic sauce to the ranch sauce for the Chicken Rancher.
Staff was really nice.
Clean restaurant.
A little pricier than some places, but worth it.
