Great Wall is excellent. The food is much, much better than I expect for plaza Chinese. The menu, while formulaic, does have some high points. The salt and pepper shrimp is one. Large shrimp are seasoned and fried and served with fried rice and thinly sliced veg perfectly cooked.

Orange flavored beef has also been excellent every time. The wife got this and said it was the best she ever had. It really was great, taste of natural orange. Definitely in house made...

Best friggin Chinese place I've ever been too. Went for lunch most days when I was working for Carter lumber (shout out to nick and Justin) almost 10 years and a stint in the army later I'm in florida for school and I long for their general tso. And I swear you could order everything off the menu and the guy or gal on the line would tell you 15 minutes and no lie they would have it done in 15 minutes. I miss calling this place and hearing "great wall whatchu want"...
