We were recommended to go here by a local store owner who said the food was good. I was intrigued by the home cooking words on the sign. I don't know whose home the cooking was from but not mine or my family's. Everything was mediocre at best. The chicken noodle soup looked homemade from the looks of the noodles but it was tasteless and no sign of chicken. Sloppy joe also bland. I don't salt food after it's served as I think it should be seasoned as it's cooking. The chef should take a refresher course on seasoning. The wait staff person was nice and the place was fairly clean but I would not recommend the food.

GOD OVER MONEY

Prices are outrageous!
$29 plus tip for one coffee & 2 breakfasts with a side of bacon. Home fries were dry as the Sahara desert. The world has gone crazy!

This diner has declined in quality a bit over the years, but it's still an ok place to eat cheap. Waitresses seem overworked at times, but still friendly.

Vegetarian options: They DO have salads, but I'm not vegetarian, so I don't look for those options.

Parking: There is usually street parking, but sometimes it is hard to get a spot.

Kid-friendliness: They DO have a kid's menu that seems to have the common favs.

Wheelchair accessibility: The whole dining room is on one level. There are tables with chairs that easily movable to accommodate a wheelchair. The entrance has no steps. There IS a 90° turn between the 2 entrance doors that may be a bit tricky to navigate for some wheelchair users.
