Pasta was a little cold, but overall, everything was good.

Mommy daughter morning with my kindergarten graduate, server was amazing 👏 food was great for breakfast, we enjoyed ourselves!

I love Hugger Muggers food but, I did not receive good treatment on Christmas Eve. I ordered takeout. Got there, parked in a takeout parking place. Called the restaurant was placed on hold they never picked back up. Called several times and the number came up busy. I also texted them. Finally after 20 minutes I go inside. Tell the manager on duty he asked me if I was calling the right number. I showed him how many times that I called. Cellphone keep track and I pulled up the pages of calls. The week before I had a problem also. Takeout out orders are just as important as the customers as the customers eating inside. Some of us are tired from working hard all day at work and ordering takeout is more convenient for us. I work clear in Grove City and travel to New Castle because I like Hugger Muggers food. Kudo to the cooks that prepare the food. I just hope they improve their takeout services. I wish the Manager or Owner would contact me.

The quality of the food was less than expected. My spaghetti was overcooked, and I had to ask for more sause for my chicken Alfredo.

Chicken strips were dry. Could not eat them.

country chicken dinner the piece of chicken was small i ate it in 4 bites a scoop of mashed potatoes and a bowl of brown gravy is what i was given when the menu said white pepper gravy and the gravy had been sitting for a while it had chunks of the dried gravy on the top of it.

Fantastic experience here. Staff is very friendly but not pushy, food is great and I love the relaxed feel of the restaurant. You bet we'll be coming back again!

I've actually been here several times. Mostly pre-covid and once after COVID (tonight). Pre-covid I'd have rocked this place with 5 stars, tonight was an utter disappointment. The steak I ordered didn't taste like anything despite there being actual seasoning on it! My boyfriend's country chicken was tiny and the gravy was brown, not white like the menu claimed. The waitress couldn't remember who ordered what and just kind of dropped things in front of whoever. The cleanliness hasn't changed at all and the atmosphere is still on point. We'll try again at some point, but it won't be any time soon.

If you like brown, slimy lettuce and hair in your salad, this is the place for you. We were frequent customers until the food became disgusting and inedible.

I've driven past this place so many times and frankly didn't stop because the name made no sense to me. I finally stopped. Family dinner style establishment with good service. The food was good and the portions were generous. The side salad was akin to most places salad entree. I expected the chicken parm to have 6 or so ravioli with it; it was double that. The prices were the best around. My entire meal was $12.

Summary - good food, great prices, super service; and apparently don't judge the restaurant by it name.
