One of the best places to eat in New Castle!! We LOVE the Friday fish, but the burgers are amazing, too!! Nice that there is a side room if you have a larger group or prefer a bit more quiet.

Sad as you walk in a mind signs state “no smoking or vaping”. All good as I don’t do either. But the sad part is one goes to enjoy time out and walking in and there are customers vaping and employees also vaping. I would suggest getting a grip on this. LCB and Health Department are only a call away.

This was a wonderful place to eat. Now it has become too slow in every way. Service is slow and the kitchen is ridiculously slow. Today we ordered two chicken strip baskets for takeout. 40 minutes later they still weren’t ready. You win. We’re done trying

Came here for my birthday dinner and I can not express how delicious everything was. First time eating in, but I enjoyed it all. Food was delicious and the drinks were good as well.

Kid-friendliness: My son enjoyed the pretzels and his chips "nachos and cheese".; good selection on the kid menu.

had a bad experience at this place bartender was very rude. Elena is her name. She basically was giving people liquor that who was very intoxicated . Try to take my drink cause I wasnt moving fast enough I was trying to finish it and it was very rude i did not tip her. I’ve never been treated like this before at this bar, but I will not be returning. Beware if you’re a person of color on the nightlife at this kellys location

The food and service is top notch. The wedding soup, steak salad, smothered chicken, fish dinner and wings are all great. The draft beer is ice cold, too.

My wife and I went out for the USMC birthday last year in 2023 and were treated great. This year, the bartender wanted to gab with 3 people over tending the bar. I have bartended, I understand talking is part of the job but when you leave 6-7 people hanging for your 15 minute conversation, then that's a problem. We will find somewhere else to celebrate Veterans day and the Marine Corps birthday next year, that's for sure. First drink, 6minutes, time between end of drink and second drink was nearly the 15minutes then the wait to purchase one last thing was insane.

If you want a loaded chicken salad, this is deff the place! They don’t skimp on toppings or meat. Their breaded chicken isn’t quite like what you typically get at other places either. Ranch is homemade ! Very good quality. Worth the price!

We went on a Friday and we both had fish meals offered on Fridays. My wife had the battered cod and I had cod with shrimp. Portions were great and the huge pieces of cod were fried to perfection. Our server met all our needs. Owner, himself, was at our table more than once to make sure our needs were met and to thank us for coming. Both meals were under $20 each.
