When I got the food home, my husband's 3 pc dinner had a USED Bandaid in the box! I called to notify them. Instead of just apologizing I was interrogated and told she didn't know how a Bandaid would get in the box. Making me feel like I was lying. After 5 minutes of this back and forth I got mad and used an expletive because I was made to feel like I had to defend myself. She hung up on me.

I had went and got dinner for my family and had to take the chicken nuggets back because there was a hair in the box. I went back to the kfc/Taco Bell place in new castle on Wilmington rd. Told them what happened and the cashier was nice and advised that their soon/possible new manager needed and fix it. I kid you not I watched the gentlemen scratch his private, walk over to the screen for the drive through and proceeded to go back to getting my replacement nuggets in which I reacted by telling the cashier and he made the gentlemen stop doing what he was doing and took over giving me my replacement which I appreciate. I told the cashier that they can even role the video back as proof to what the gentlemen did. Also the macaroni and cheese was dry and the breading on the chicken for the 3 piece meal I also got was doughy to where I could still see uncooked batter. Thanks to what I have witnessed with my own eyes I will NOT BE going back to that location or any kfc again.

Got a potato bowl The corn is dried up the potato's were cold and the chicken tasted dry and old . I love kfc but this is the 2nd time I got it in 2 weeks and it was gross. Not going back

Ordered two bucket meals. One for my daughter's family and one for me. She said her meal was fine.... CAN'T SAY THE SAME. Had the 8 pcs chicken meal. Had the original and the legs where the only two pieces that were good. Thighs were not cooked enough and the breaks and wings were way over cooked. My mashed potatoes were brown . Worst meal ever.

The food would have been 5 out of 5 stars except when i ordered extra crispy it seemed it was the original, so i asked to exchange for extra crispy, and i was told they have no more. So then i went to get my drink, and the co2 was out, not to mention the ice on the floor didn't work either. So i waited patiently as about 2 workers walked right by me and ignored me trying to tell them. Finally, i just said, "Excuse me a little louder to a group talking, and someone came over. i told them the co2 was out, and as the person walked away, they were sighing. Which wasn't a big deal because maybe it was a long day. But when he gave my family pur new drinks, he put them on the table, almost like slamming them down.
