McDonald’s app is trash, had my breakfast order ready to place in time and it wouldn’t work and 20 minutes trying to get it to send to the right store and now I missed breakfast 💩

Worst food, worst service. The food was cold and stale, they put onions in our food even though my husband had an allergy, and the ladies at both drive thru windows were rude and gave extreme attitude to my husband and I. Hate this place don't recommend at all!!! And this isn't the first time all of these things have happened it's actually the 4th time!
Most of the employees are nice, a couple of them are rude. I mean it's clean and usually quick service unless you're doing doordash then it takes forever to get the customers food.

Food still tastes great. But, The servers and and cashier(not all of them) always get an attitude when asked for more sauce or saying they forgot something in the kids meal. The assistant manager was nice at least even with everything going on.
Went here yesterday with the sole purpose to get a cup. The drive through person was incompetent and asked me order 6 times over. Got home, no cup: I called. Ashley basically called me a liar. I can’t help the girl couldn’t process order properly. I have better things to do than make a lie up over a damn cup. Very rude and not the least bit helpful

Honestly I like this place but I have had problems recently , I feel bad for the front counter people because they never get from the people in the back and I know this for a fact because I have worked for them but in a different location. The woman that was there this particular morning was overwhelmed for sure she looked like she was going to cry and she is an older lady like me ,she was running nonstop back and forth with orders and my order was wrong and this was the 4th time , nothing crazy just messed up my sandwich which was fixed right away like the last few times,but it's hard for workers to keep up sometimes and I really hope she had had a better day..the place was clean and there were alot of customers..it won't stop me from going there because I understand I just hope most people are the same and more patient!

First time at this McDonalds and got breakfast for myself and two others and this New Castle Location was by far the best McDonalds I have ever been too! Service was so efficient while staff were still being pleasant! The food was even the best and most tasteful along with the coffees! By time I got the food home it was still decently warm and didn’t need reheated!
