The cashier was very rude to me and messed my order up and basically blamed it all on me and it wasn't and than after that he started getting mad because I asked the manager to help me with it and so he started hitting the cash register and after the manager fixed my order like it was supposed to be in the first place he started talking about me while I was still in the building loud enough for me to hear him running his mouth about me and I didn't say anything at all and kept myself respectful and didn't say anything back to him but I just think if he's going to get that mad over something so small and little that he should NOT be working at the front of the restaurant at the cash register.The service at that McDonald's restaurant in Shenango Township was one of my worst experiences at a supposed to be a professional place to eat at but it wasn't and I'm not talking about everyone that works there because there were a few other employers that helped get my order corrected while he was having his little attitude about it and while he was doing and saying little things here and there about me I didn't say a word back to him at all because I'm grown and he was acting very childish. I'm just saying maybe they should not have him in the front of the restaurant with people because if he gets that mad over a very small mistake/ misunderstanding that was his fault maybe they should have him in the back or something. Around 4:30pm.

I am beyond irritated I went through drive through and ordered a #7 large size witch is 2 cheeseburgers and a fry and drink. I had also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and a hamburger happy meal. When I got home and was handing out the food to my kids I found out that the only thing that was in my bag was a bunch of fries no burgers no nuggets. When I called to get this fixed all they said was that they were closed and couldn't do anything for me so I lost out almost 25.00 and no food by fires and drinks.

The food gets left too long in trays stuff doesn't get properly cleaned not too mention I use too work for them buns get contaminated an trash all over the floor being left all over got the pics too prove it also the floor never get properly done or bathrooms unless maintance does it an thats on midnights poor sanitation least at this one so wouldn't recommend eating here or working here they also lie about pay or unless if ur a young woman you won't be makeing it long there so don't recommend it an speaking too management is a waste of time will blow you off or say what ever so you leave em be

Every time I order from here they purposely forget my straws. I ordered twice and I used to work here but I didn’t leave off on a bad note at all. But they could be taking it personally. But I only order food here for my kids so it’s kinda rude . And I wish you can stop doing that to me because i know how much you prioritize fulfilling orders so please put the straws in or I’ll give a one star every single time . -Kay ❤️
P.s I was a regular before I worked there I took two days off a one no show and they said I did two no shows and one call off. Just put the stuff in the bag please ⭐️. It’s not personal it’s business. Right?

I come to this McDonald’s very often, I’m always greeted very kindly by the workers, to be specific the morning shift Jamie is a sweetheart, and Olivia who works nights is absolutely amazing with what she does. My foods always hot, fresh, and they are pretty quick with getting items out. Sometimes I am occasionally missing a good item but it’s never an ongoing issue. You get that at any fast food place!
Food - 5 🌟 for being hot, fresh, having flavor
Service - 4 🌟 because it’s not always the same people working!
