Went Friday night to get ice cream for the kids. 1 hour later got severe stomach cramps, 2 hours later every one of us were violently throwing up. Clearly got food poisoning! Cannot call to report it as the number rings once and then a recording states that they cannot receive calls at this time. DONT ORDER ICECREAM FROM THIS LOCATION!

We visited about 10 at night and it was a long wait. Not because they were busy. Very slow service. I got a quarter pounder with bacon. It's the first time in my life seeing red meat in the burger. It tasted a bit like fish as well. Bit sure what that was about. The patty was also wider than the bun, which I believe is from not being fully cooked.

Went through the drive-thru expecting quick service, but did a stopwatch and ended up spending 8 minutes telling the girl my order. Seemed very uneducated and maybe needs more training. Forgot one drink, made my burger wrong. Not so happy, Shenango McDonalds 😕

Sometimes you get good service, and sometimes you don't. That's the only reason I give it mostly three stars is because the service is not consistent. The store is usually clean.
Food was fast, but stale. The floor was SO SLIPPERY. They did NOT dilute whatever floor cleaner they used. It's worse at the entrance and the bathroom.

The cashier was very rude to me and messed my order up and basically blamed it all on me and it wasn't and than after that he started getting mad because I asked the manager to help me with it and so he started hitting the cash register and after the manager fixed my order like it was supposed to be in the first place he started talking about me while I was still in the building loud enough for me to hear him running his mouth about me and I didn't say anything at all and kept myself respectful and didn't say anything back to him but I just think if he's going to get that mad over something so small and little that he should NOT be working at the front of the restaurant at the cash register.The service at that McDonald's restaurant in Shenango Township was one of my worst experiences at a supposed to be a professional place to eat at but it wasn't and I'm not talking about everyone that works there because there were a few other employers that helped get my order corrected while he was having his little attitude about it and while he was doing and saying little things here and there about me I didn't say a word back to him at all because I'm grown and he was acting very childish. I'm just saying maybe they should not have him in the front of the restaurant with people because if he gets that mad over a very small mistake/ misunderstanding that was his fault maybe they should have him in the back or something. Around 4:30pm.
