Pizza has gone down hill and I keep trying to give a chance and order again. Don’t hang up on people after you put them on hold for 10 minutes either. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

I used to love coming here but the staff isn't very friendly compared to the people that worked here prior to the current crew. The food is great and affordable but the staff is never pleasant to deal with and aren't quick to fix mistakes. The staff seems annoyed when you ask for anything or if they have to deal with you at all. Management also wasn't super helpful when issues were present.

This pizza has always been my favorite since I was a youngin and the owner jimmy is an amazing guy! , but the last couple years it's declined, the service is terrible, I usually never get delivery, but when I call in I get put on hold and forgot about to the point I have to call back and then get attitude.. when I do pick up my food it's not personal and upbeat anymore , almost like I'm a burden to the cashier, makes me sad I have so many memories eating mr. Pizza

It’s good when they cook it properly. But the last few times it’s been underdone with no paper underneath the pizza, so it just sticks to the box. It’s a shame because I really liked their pizza (it was the best pizza in town, but I’m done after going at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more). So…great food, service so bad I’ll never go back. Maybe I’ll try it again in a year (if it’s there)

Best food you will find for the price. It an amazing deal and the pizza is spot on. Can't go wrong with there cheese I order one everytime I can even if I'm just passing through on my way home.

I drop by for a pizza, and this brown haired girl (Highschooler) had the worst attitude I've seen since I moved to Pennsylvania. I'm from a major city and have known nothing but bad attitudes, but rarely since I moved to Pennsylvania, since they generally are a cut above many states in America in terms of good spirts.I would genuinely fire her if she were working in my establishment, because what could have been a great first impression was ruined and I will find a better place with BETTER pizza. The owners obviously don't care since the guy who hands you the pizza isn't much better. The point being, if you don't like where you work, then LEAVE.Find a job as a rocket scientist, or as a mastermind who finds an alternative to oil that will change the planet. Since your attitude suggests you can do SO MUCH BETTER THAN WORKING AT THIS PLACE. You who work here are not above other people, not in the slightest. If you work, be happy you're making money and don't treat people like trash.Owners, either get it together or ship it out. Your business will die a slow death by a thousand cuts by people who have self respect and won't return when they're treated in that way. That neighborhood looks like they have a lot of people who would work there. Stop not caring, dare to care and get them out.
