Everyone there is absolutely educated on what they are selling and friendly enough that some of them will take the time and chat with you while you wait. The shakes are so filling and healthy and the tea hits the spot every time. A healthy alternative to fast food and soda. Makes shopping and running errands alot more enjoyable.

New Castle nutrition I have discovered to be a hidden gem. The entire menu and ordering process was explained to me after I said it was my first time trying them. I went with protein coffee and I’m not disappointed. The price is abit higher then traditional coffee or tea would be but if the benefits mentioned are there you are truly getting more for your money. Give them a try.
