Everyone there is absolutely educated on what they are selling and friendly enough that some of them will take the time and chat with you while you wait. The shakes are so filling and healthy and the tea hits the spot every time. A healthy alternative to fast food and soda. Makes shopping and running errands alot more enjoyable.

Dietary restrictions: They are safe for diabetics as well. Can't say enough good about the products or the staff.

I've been wanting to try New Castle Nutrition for a while and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Clean cafe setting, friendly staff, super delicious energy drinks and shakes! We will be back!

My girls and I love it here ❤️ we love coming here for “tea parties” the mega teas are life savers on days that I’m dragging and their meal replacement shakes are awesome for sugar cravings! So glad new castle has a place like this!

Kid-friendliness: So many cute games and coloring books to occupy the kids!
