The staff is extremely rude. It’s unfortunate because the food is good but everyone is rude. We stopped going for about two years because of the staff and finally decided to go back yesterday. Stood at the door waiting for a table for 12 minutes before someone even spoke to me. When I told him there was 7 people, he said “we have nothing you have to go somewhere else” and walked away. There was a line of people behind me who also heard him and they even said it was uncalled for. Some of them turned around and left as well. There is no reason to be rude to your customer base. We are the ones who help keep your doors open by supporting local.

Great local business. Food, service, and atmosphere, all top notch.

Never had a bad meal here and the wait staff is great! Just getting a little bit dated inside.

Used to love this place!! Waited at door in line for 20 minutes.. no big deal.. wasn’t addressed, or told someone would be with me or anything… no big deal.. others walked in after me.. addressed and seated…ok starting to wonder.. received phone call of the people in my party that couldn’t get in the door.. Answered it and at THAT MOMENT… the ONE GUY, doing everything apparently, while bunches of other staff just walked around… looked at me and said “how many?..Oh you’re on the phone” waved his hand up and down and said something or other… my party and I left😢😢 I understand busy… and have no problem waiting.. but wow has this gone downhill…. Oh well

The food is incredible, service is great, and it feels like a dinner gathering with big family. I really like this place!

The food here is phenomenal… but that’s where it ends for me.

The service is typically VERY slow. Same waitresses always working, usually complaining about how short staffed and busy they are. I’ve seen one waitress in particular lose her cool right in the middle of the restaurant - not very professional. Usually always running around with that whole “out of breath, look at how hard I’m working, I’m such a hard worker” attitude.

My wife and I ate here tonight, and we heard the phrase “sorry for the delay, we are shortstaffed” no less than a dozen times from multiple people. Seems that Pagleys has a hiring issue.

Long time to get served but waitress Taylor was excellent. Food great!

The food was amazing! The service was outstanding. Lastly, the people were so friendly.

Called and ordered takeout, and the girl that answered the phone was rude. When we picked up the food the staff was complaining about other customers right in front of us. The food was nasty. The sauce tasted like chef boyardee. The chicken and noodles were over cooked. The wedding soup had no flavor.

The servers were fantastic. The owner very rude, overheard him talking to his staff like they were beneath him, and he did this in front of customers embarrassing, his wait staff. I asked him if he was the owner and he pivoted, walked away and said “no”. He is very rude. Will never go back there again just because of him.

Haven’t been to Pagley’s in about a year since the last time I came our server was SO slow and was no where to be found. After we paid, came outside to see him smoking in the parking lot. Guess that’s where he was the whole time.

Came back today to try again and had the same guy. Hostess was wonderful but the male server with the ponytail only came to our table to get our order (after the other servers had to find him) and bring our food and check. Slow, unpleasant and was again no where to be found when we needed things (even though the restaurant was almost empty). Would’ve loved to get dessert but he just brought the check. I had to ask another server to charge our card cause he took forever to come back to the table.

Best steaks anywhere!!!!

Tasty Italian food.

Old fashioned true Italian restaurant. Food was excellent. Great sauce. Great meatballs. Good bread. Bad service.
