HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE I ordered a big box and a side order of 6 traditional wings and paid $63.82!!!!! they didn't even bring me the big box it looked like they mixed some order together and delivered it to my house I will NEVER order from there again waste of money not worth it definitely has gone downhill since back in the day I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to post a review

Absolutely joke, order pizza on app. Driver delivers pizza doesn't knock or ring the bell. The food sits out in 20° weather for 15 minutes. I call the store to bring the cold food back and get a refund and they hang up on me 3 times. There is no other phone number to call. When you call the main pizza hut number it just is an automated system that tells you to call the store. Just get fourstar and don't deal with cold food and a hungry family.

Yesterday was a bad day. I placed my order via the site. Dasher showed up and tried to deliver the wrong order. They didn't have my order. They said they would have to call DoorDash. I attempted to reach the store. I called multiple times with no answer. I finally called to "place" an order so I could speak to at least SOMEONE. They tried to call the store with no answer. I went to the chat on the site and they "forwarded" my concerns up the chain. Meanwhile I couldn't feed my family because I had no order and they didn't/couldn't refund my money.

Food and Service was awesome! The manager lady was super friendly and helpful. Their wings are HUGE! Everything was HOT and was tasted good. This location does have sit down, but not really. There is no server so you have to order at the counter and they bring to you. They give you paper plates and plastic forks. Also, they do not have a soda machine so you have to buy pop from the cooler. All and all I would recommend for a fast dinner.

Was very well treated from the moment I walked in till I was handed my food and walked out the door. I tried to call in my order prior to going into town. After going through all the hassle talking to some A.I. program or automated "RETARD" system. I was told no orders could be taken at this time for this particular location. Lmao. Like what?? I was by there earlier after work, they were open then. So was going into town anyways ill just stop by and check it out. Sure enough, their open. Told the acting manager what happened. Long story short. The gentleman said it happens all the time, he has complained to corporate. He hooked me up with a discount/ free pop & on my way. That was very generous & I think the deserved to be recognized for this. . Thank you.

Order the new Hut Box. The Hut Box is a nice size. The location here in New Castle was excellent. Nathan, who is the manager, was very nice to talk too. He had my order fresh and hot. Nathan has a great personality since he has takin over as manager, he has made really nice changes to the New Castle location.
Would definitely recommend ordering from this location.

The pizza was horrible. The sauce was scarce and the crust had huge bubbled of dough.
The people working there are great! I used to work for Pizza Hut in the 80's and 90's when the crust dough was made from scratch. This pizza was aweful. The tables were clean - so was the store. The quality of the frozen dough you sell is awful.
