Food was excellent with ribs always fall off the bone good. Server was very attentive checking often to be sure everything was good. You must try the chocolate chip dessert made with premium ice cream on a warm cookie and drizzled with chocolate syrup.

We were looking for something different in the New Castle area, so we decided to try Ruby Tuesdays. We sat at the bar to watch football and had great service from Kelsey. She was friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. Our cheeseburgers & fries were great and cooked to perfection. The salad bar was very cold, fresh and crisp. Atmosphere was comfortable, restaurant area and restrooms were clean. All of the staff was very pleasant and friendly, speaking when they walked by....

We had a great night, I had the NY strip stake and garlic shrimp and my boyfriend had the triple platter with the babyback ribs, steak and shrimp. The steaks were cooked how we requested, the ribs were AMAZING, and the shrimp was all properly cooked and delicious. Our waiter Shamar was amazing, very personable and funny, he made the whole night worth it! I'll definitely make it a point to return to this location, it was an overall great experience!
