Prices on menu don’t match the receipt, they are overcharging people and hope you don’t notice than when you ask to speak with the manager about the issue they “aren’t available” or “outside” will be contacting my card company

Had lunch today with my family, overheard a table complaining about being over charged compared to menu price and it was a couple dollar difference, I watched the waitress tell the manager who didn’t come out and apologize but the waitress appeared to make it right. I told my family to make sure upon check to verify meal was accurate cost and sure enough it was NOT. Kids menu lists the meal at 8.95 (a lot for pasta no meat) on my bill it stated $10 and some change for a kids meal???? Upon further searching and getting a menu, our bill was higher than everything on menu, my family member ordered $12.95 pasta and was charged $15 and some change, waitress who was flustered and new told the manager who stated he was busy and that’s the 4% fee for CC, which is was not, the 4% was not matching the receipt, he chose to lie and than furthermore did not apologize to us, made the waitress continue to deal with it, told us it was only 30 cents different in pricing…. I will never eat here again for the simple fact the manager did not have the balls to address the over charging and made his staff do the dirty work….. the community keeps you open and when you screw over the community they will not be back.

From food and prices to atmosphere and fast friendly service al around great time. Went for a lunch date and it did not disappoint.

Highly disappointed. Apparently they changed their prices today. Didn't tell anyone or change their menus but now charge everything at a higher price. Won't be back, you could have chose the honest route but you decided to hid the fact you raised your prices and advertised that they were lower. Shame on you for deceiving the community (the same people that keep you open). Hopefully you decide to be honest with the community as you proceed to do business or plan to get shut down. I'll being opting out of the several visits a month I have been doing and save my money, then return.

This is truly a local gem! Family friendly. Extensive menu. Genius italin cuisine.

I love the crusty italian bread with compound garlic butter.

The alfredo is to die for. Chicken was cooked to perfection and seasoned well.

Dessert is also house made!

I will absolutely come back when in town.

I don't live in New Castle anymore but my sister does and we love Sonis. Lately though it seems the portions of food has gotten smaller and not worth the price anymore. 14 to 15 dollars for a small plate of spaghetti and no salad or soup as a option it's now a Upcharge and I think they charge for bread now to I didn't look at receipt someone else paid. Don't get me wrong food is great but the price shouldn't be that much.

Absolutely the best mushroom soup.

This place is busy but only by luck. The owner only cares about lining his pockets, not providing value to the customer. Everything here is expensive and I'm guessing he's not using the best of ingredients. The employees all seem like they are miserable and have a guillotine hanging over their head. Not an enjoyable place to dine.

Soni's has great food. I've eaten there several times and gotten various items from the menu. I have enjoyed everything I've ordered. The servers are always pleasant and the atmosphere is lovely. If you are in the neighborhood it's definitely worth a stop.

We enjoyed our experience at Soni's. EVERYTHING was clean and tidy. Italian flatbread and lamb flatbread were perfectly delicious and the crispy French fries were a special treat. Our waitress, Amy, brought a genuine welcome with great service! I recommend trying Soni's and their chocolate cake was a real treat!!!
