The two employees had just received a large online order and were understandably a little overwhelmed. They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we got our subs- which were great! Awesome demonstration of time management and customer service.

The employees at this building are amazing !!! They are very respectful young adults . When me and my wife go in we tell them jokes and they laugh and always get everything right that we ask for even when they see us coming they already asked about my soup and our sandwiches!! We love going in there !!!

Placed an order online! Went to pick it up!! No record of it!! Looked online, it was cancelled 20 minutes later!! I did not cancel the order, I was on my way to pick it up!! I had both the confirmation email and the cancellation email!! So called in to order it again, the worker would not let me use coupon that I entered!! Called the manager, very rude, both the manager and the worker!! The best policy is customer satisfaction and this store does not stand behind that!! Terrible customer service!! Take my advise, go to another subway!! It does not cost a penny to be kind!!

Its official I'm breaking up with Subway. Its crazy expensive for the crappy service and sandwich I just received. I like to say this is the first time this has happened, but it is not! Sorry Subway its you, not me. I should of got a nice big chicken salad from a local restaurant for half the price and way better quality and service it really is my own fault because I know better....16.20 for a crappy made sandwich from someone with a bad attitude. I know you work at Subway, I was not sure of the new menu or that you can not substitute. I have never been so angry walking out of any establishment in my life, maybe once a long time ago. I also like to add that the price on the menu was 10.99 I did not get any extra meant or cheese or anything and was charged 11.69. plus 3.59 for a bag a chips and a drink. Its fine that Subway wants to overcharge their customers. I will not be back not only to this location or to any other.
Subs were good! Last couple times to subway were disappointing but everything was good this time!
