Ordered some bean burritos for lunch. Sat down and took a bite and crumbs started falling out of it. It was dry and hard. Wasted my time and money 😡. I won’t be back

No one comes to register so you have to use the kiosk, once waited over an hour just for my order to be ignored even when we called for some one to take/aknowledge my order, and when you do get the food it's cold

It's what you would expect from Taco Bell took my two children they had a wonderful time. The food was quick and they were very busy too. My daughter even spilled her fries. No fault on Taco Bell at all and they replaced it. No problem and in fact they are the ones that noticed it. I told her there was a 15-second rule that I don't have an extra six bucks to get you another one.

Dining room is absolutely disgusting. Hasn’t been cleaned in hours. Not a single clean table been standing at the register for over 5 min no one has came to say anything to me. Been looked at multiple times but not addressed by a single employee

I ordered a nacho bellgrande that comes in a plastic container and lid. I couldn't find any beef on it, just a bit inside one of the nachos on the bottom. Hardly any sour cream at all. For $7.62 not worth it. I won't be returning to this place. It seems that the line cooks need retrained. I was satisfied with the girl who came right out to see if I needed any assistance with ordering at the kiosk. The one in Union Twp. doesn't do that.

Me and my family had been waiting a very long time to get our food and we were the second people in there.Some of our food even came out a little cold and the service was not very good there were hardly any interactions.

New building, same horrible experience... I'm going to preface my experience by saying I worked for Taco Bell for 10yrs, not this location, but I worked for the company long enough to know how things should be wrapped, bagged, etc.... I received my order and reached my hand in the bag to make sure everything was in there, I ended up covered in food because of how poorly it was bagged. So I gave up and just went home hoping it was right (spoiler: it wasn't). The bag was so overloaded that when I picked the bag up to take it inside it ripped apart spilling 50% of my family's dinner all over the passager side of the car and due to the way it had been so horribly wrapped food just spilled out everywhere. Now at this point since I had a huge mess to clean up I took the opportunity to take inventory of what was in the bag (and all over my car). My purpose was actually to figure out who's dinner had been ruined, but through the process I realized I was missing part of my order as well. The whole experience wasn't just disappointing, I was disgusted. Consider this your warning, if you are entertaining this restaurant as an option, don't.
This location was a pleasant stop for lunch, often with something new to try. My tacos and burrito were wonderful, thank you for your kind effort~☆

Messes up my wife’s order every time and is always out of important foods the one day I came in and they were out of beef that’s the main ingredient in your tacos and burritos Another day, they were out of lettuce and queso I’m just not really sure what to do here. I absolutely love Taco Bell but this location keeps screwing us over not to mention they got rid of the grilled cheese dippers which were delicious. Will keep going back. Hopefully they shape up at some point. The staff is usually pretty friendly too.

Very expensive for fast food. Every time I go in there they get my order wrong. This last time I called to tell them that my order was wrong and I wanted to come back and the manager was so rude to me and she kept hanging up on me
