This location was a pleasant stop for lunch, often with something new to try. My tacos and burrito were wonderful, thank you for your kind effort~☆

Messes up my wife’s order every time and is always out of important foods the one day I came in and they were out of beef that’s the main ingredient in your tacos and burritos Another day, they were out of lettuce and queso I’m just not really sure what to do here. I absolutely love Taco Bell but this location keeps screwing us over not to mention they got rid of the grilled cheese dippers which were delicious. Will keep going back. Hopefully they shape up at some point. The staff is usually pretty friendly too.

Very expensive for fast food. Every time I go in there they get my order wrong. This last time I called to tell them that my order was wrong and I wanted to come back and the manager was so rude to me and she kept hanging up on me

We recently ate at the Taco Bell in New castle and it was great. It's a Taco Bell / KFC and I wanted chicken and a Mexican Pizza. But the individual prices of chicken are high. Yhats my only real complaint. They would sell more chicken if they didn't focus on combos. But The server had knowledge and told me about the $5 2 piece deal. And so I got that and the Pizza. And you've GOT to see this Pizza.
This Pizza is what EVERY Mexican Pizza should like like. And it was tasty also.
Areal feast. Thanks.

The food is good, it’s Taco Bell, but the service is INSANELY slow! Had to wait 15 minutes for a mobile order in store. Drive through runs quickly, but don’t both eating in.

I understand you remodeled the building but why did you have to get rid of the old staff? I’ve never seen a taco-bell run so badly. It’s not even the one time. EVERY TIME we come here it’s a crap show.
CUSTOMERS AND FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! Terrible service! Waited over 45 minutes and still haven't received our orders. Watched multiple families walk out after waiting forever. They wait on the drive thru people before they even start the lobby orders. If you are a food delivery person, you'll be waiting forever for your order even if they aren't busy. It's the worst fast food restaurant we've ever been to. The employees aren't good and the management is horrible!

I have no idea why they are so slow. It's not like they have to cook anything. Throw meat , tomato and cheese on a shell. What the hell. No on is in here but us. Well now I know why.

Beautiful new building, but it seems understaffed. Maybe things would have been better if I had gone through the drive through. We were forced to order through the touch screen kiosks, which I would not have minded if they had managed to get our order right. And since no one was at the counter 95 percent of the time, getting them to give us the items they missed took an extra 10 minutes of waiting awkwardly at the counter trying to flag down employees and waiting for them to try to help while the rest of our food got cold.

Drive through line had 3 cars, 20 min to get through. Got cinnamon twists, tasted like complete chemicals, absolutely disgusting. I called in actually concerned that something happened and she said I think I know what happened. She thinks they left them out for 24 hours and they tasted bad. Rough establishment, I’ve been to plenty Taco Bell with quality service/food. Good luck.

Weekly taco bell run is the best day of the week
Every time I do a mobile order they forget at least 1 item. Then I go inside and it takes another 10 min to get my food.
This location just had a total redo- demolished and rebuilt. The interior looks fresh, neat, clean and like every home makeover show on TV. Our food was mildly warm. We arrived to a full parking lot and full lobby of patrons that had been waited on but we're waiting for food. We were not forewarned that there is no CO2 to have soda pop or that there are no icy drinks or ice. Tea, sweet tea and bottled water are the beverage choices today. It took 25 minutes to get our "fast food". The front door is locked. The station for sauces was empty. One customer came in, noticed the restaurant was full but not a single person had food and asked why. When we said we were waiting for our food. He asked if everyone was and decided that there are too many other options to go eat than to wait to be served and left the restaurant. I did not check out the restrooms. They could only have been improved from the remodel but I did not check them. The cashier is entirely too quiet; no one can hear her call orders or understand what she asks while she's taking your order. The seating is close together and cramped if people were staying to eat at a busy time. For some idiotic reason there are four self-terminals. No one wants to use those; people want an actual cashier. Door dash orders were lost and being held up. I can only imagine people stuck in the drive-thru line for over half hour. No employees were seen goofing off or playing on their phones. But it is clear this restaurant is not ready to be open. Only four staff were seen. And one, possibly manager, was quietly sitting in the corner of the restaurant with a laptop.
