Had gone here for years. Just went back since I am in the area again. Food was good like I remember. Great lunch specials. Fantastic spot that is worth the order.

I really need to update my review for China Cafe. This is not your typical storefront Chinese restaurant. I am really pleased with the quality and taste of the food. All the other Chinese restaurants taste exactly the same. This place is different. Check them

Their food here is really good. They cook everything fresh. However, the last time I ordered the pepper chicken (my favorite), much of the chicken was gristly. A total turn off! - enough that I am hesitant to order from there again. Please fix this!

bruh my family has been ordering from this place for years and ever since a few months ago the food is disgusting. Rice tastes burnt, lo mein has no taste to it, orange chicken is some uncooked mystery meat with orange paste on it and bell peppers slapped between it for some reason. Sweet and sour chicken is crispy and hard. Used to be so much better. Just received the food and was so excited just to be disappointed. $46 gone to waste. Last time this happened we just assumed we got a bad batch, nevermind!!!! never ordering from this place again. Panda express at the mall is 10x better.

This place recently changed ownership and the quality of the food has gone down hill. I used to visit this restaurant several times a month as felt that it was one of the better Chinese places around and it was close to home. The food was always hot, fresh and very tasty... Not any more. I noticed a new menu and new people recently along with a change in the food quality. Some online searching revealed some new ownership filings with the state, which explains things. Prices shot up, ingredients changed, and the food is now bland and lacks umami. I was so put off by my last order that I threw half of it out (I RARELY throw out food). Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different place to order Chinese food.

Very rude on the telephone. I asked for clarification on a potential purchase and was met with an irritant response. Later in the phone call, I again asked for clarification and the seller responsed angrily “OH MY GOD” as if she was extremely annoyed. I have been ordering chinese food for years and deserve to be treated with respect when I request my orders. I do not know how their food tastes because I hung up and wrote this review.

TERRIBLE take out service!!! Miserable, mean woman took my order over the phone, she was rude, abrasive and sounded highly irritable...I spent over $60 and wish I didn't! Lousy, poor customer service...my kids and I thought they may spit in our food of we weren't overly polite...also a small hair was in my daughter's lomein...ughh...stay away!!! We'll NEVER go there again!!

A small hole in the wall Chinese restaurant with surprisingly good food. I found this place on Yelp and it was only a mile or so from the hotel I was staying in. Since this was my first visit to this restaurant, I'd ordered something simple. And was I surprised by how good the food taste. The roast pork egg roll tasted like it was just prepared by hand and tasted good. The egg drop soup was hot and also tasted good. I like the addition of peas and green onions. And the pork fried rice was also delicious and I do not think that I left a grain of rice in the container. If I am back in this area again, I will stop and order again.

The noodles had no flavor, and were slimy, chicken had no flavor. Dont recommend but one star for quickness
