About a year ago ordered from Sophias getting 2 cheese fries for my wife and myself. Not paying attention to everything on the menu we didn't look to see if they had seafood (wife is allergic). After eating the fries my wife starts to have an allergic reaction, so i look on the website at the menu and it has seafood. I call down to Sophias to see if they fry their seafood in the same oil they use for everything else ,THEY DONT HAVE IT POSTED ANYWHERE that they do this. While talking to the individual on the phone I was told that they would talk to the owner about using 2 separate fryers because of this happening. Still to this day they dont use two separate fryers and there still isnt anything posted about cross contamination in the fryer.

Love these guys!! Authentic Italian cuisine from a authentic Italian family. So glad they just moved to their current location! As long as I've known them they will basically go above and beyond for ANYONE!! If you need something ?? ASK !! Need to stand in out of the cold ? ASK !!!! Need to charge your phone a quick minute? ASK!!! In all the time I've been alive in this great thing we call earth ...it's a show of respect....to just ask first ! ❤️( I am not a owner or employee) Just a loyal customer!

The food was really good! However the staff and/or possible owner is unprofessional.
I purchased food in the establishment and probably 30 minutes later I was told that I don’t pay for electricity so I could not charge my phone there.
I stated that was probably one of the craziest things I’ve ever heard and the woman continued on and said if you don’t like it you can leave. How unprofessional.
I guess that’s how they treat the customers that pay money there so I will not be returning there ever again. It’s not the fact that I can’t charge my phone that’s fine but if that’s the case have signs up or put the electrical covers on your outlets or something. Don’t just change the whole atmosphere and be smart about it.
I can’t say for certain if this was just because I am black because I’ve never seen this lady in the last three years I lived in the area and have went to the pizzeria. However if it was that’s another good reason for me to not go back.
Parking: It is located in the plaza so there’s a big parking lot.

I was traveling from out of State (NJ) and trying decide what I should eat. I was headed for a motel in New Cumberland, PA. I Googled “pizza” in New Cumberland area and Sophia’s popped up. I read a few reviews. Overall rating is 4.2, I believe, which is respectable. However, a read a few negative reviews. Some criticized the pizza, complaining it was burnt. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the large pie, based on those negative reviews. The pizza was very good: nice amount of cheese, nice texture crust - not burnt. Young woman who took my order over phone was very pleasant. A few steps away from pizzeria is a liquor/beer/wine store

My orders are always correct. Never an issue with pickup or my order.
I use to live in the neighborhood and got food very often because it was always good and made right, not to mention the quantity you get for the price is unmatched by any other shop.(or grocery store)
We moved over 30 minutes away and still make the drive often. .

I was a half hour early prior to opening time. The door was unlocked so we opened it and poked our heads in. He had pizza ready and agreed to serve me early. All I can say is thank you and YUM! So good. The cheese pizza is delicious.
