Definitely try their “Spin Wheels” They’re absolutely deliciously different. Yummy 😋 Sadly to announce, they no longer make the spin wheels because they say that they weren’t selling ☹️ I loved them, they were different and delicious. Oh well 🤷🏾♂️

Great Pizza and Philly cheesesteak it’s premium if you go for that kinda stuff, in general everything is great and real friendly service with a smile.
If you order more then $20 your they will bring it to you home free. It’s a win win deal breaker!

I have been in the area for the last 2 years I ordered from this place maybe four times a month my order is always over $30 never had a problem with my order until yesterday I got order of chicken wings buffalo chicken wings bone-in didn't eat till later cuz I had also ordered a stromboli my chicken wings were rotten they were spoiled I called back to let them know and to see if they was going to fix that problem still have all the wings and they told me because I didn't eat them when I first got them that's why they probably was rotten but since does that make Holly Holly disappointed I'm going to fix them come and don't have money to just throw away like that.

We usually love Sophia’s food however tonight was very disappointing. I ordered a white pizza and the entire pizza was burnt on the bottom. We also ordered a slice of grandmas pizza which was so overly dried out it was crispy when you ate it. We tried giving the crust to the dogs and they wouldn’t eat it. The fries were cold and also seemed like they were cooked hours ago. Not sure what is happening with them but hopefully it goes back to the food we love.

This isn't the 1st time they messed up. We placed our order waited 7 mins past time it said would be ready. When I went to get order was told he had no orders in my name also had no orders for wings and pizza. I GOT TO Car to get my phone from car to show him that we ordered still nothing after a minute or two he magically appears with my order. I recommend to order somewhere else we been regular customer from old location to even going to Amelia's smash burger also. After again having poor customer service I'll go some where else
The pizza is really solid and tastes great. The only issue I have when it comes to the pizza is that each time I ordered it, it'll always come out different. From doughy crust (I like it that way) to crisp crispy crust (I don't like it that way as much). The sauce is slightly sweet (which I like) sometimes while other times it's not. I don't remember if there is a special request feature on their site but other than that I have no complaints.

So I ordered from here and she did not tell me that it was gonna be almost 2 hours for my food. All she said when I ordered was that we will be there as soon as we can. I called an hour after I ordered and she said that he was out with our order. Almost 2 hours later she called back. Cause I had to run out and get something different for dinner cause it’s almost 900 and my children were hungry and needed to go to bed. Then proceeded to call back and left this message. Tried to lie and cover her ass. “ “Hi, this is Laura from Sophia 's pizza. You had placed an order for delivery with us tonight when you placed an order I had verified with you that I was going to be an hour and a half to an hour and 4 5 minutes prior to you placing the order and you verified that that was gonna be OK you just refuse the order with her delivery driver. I just wanna let you know that if you do this again, we will no longer be accepting orders with you guys and continuing business with you because that is not OK because we're now eating the last of this food and that's not right for us. We're a good people and that's not acceptable. Have a good night. Thank you. …” horrible service and I’ve never had this issue before until now. Thanks Laura.

Used to be Brothers pizza (which tasted waaaaay better than this one). Pizza sauce has little to no flavor, cheese isn’t even salty - just lacking in flavor

Bad experience, love their pizza but not their cheese steaks..the meat is not great as it's flavorless and frozen philly shaved meat, barely any cheese. I can only take one bite because it's so bad.
