This place has the best Ice Cream! They also have plenty of other sweet treats, like Snowballs, Sundaes and even a vegan Ice Cream that I always get and it is super delicious! I have been going here since I was a kid and it is always the best stop for a dessert. There is free street parking which makes it so much easier to stop and grab a treat.
They have the worst tasting diet snowball flavors. Today I got a diet rootbeer it was terrible, I threw it in the trash.
Loved since we moved to PA in 2002, near the Stewartstown area, back when it was Summer’s. Young people, high school & college age, work there. They are very nice. When I order my milkshake extra thick, they listen. Soooo, yummy. Our kids, grandkids, my mom, and dog love it. Bubby always orders the Puppy Cup, even though he’s 12 now. Rita’s and Baskin Robbin’s are good, but nothing beats Bonkey’s.
This business gives a small town feel. Great service with a bench to enjoy ice cream or snowballs.
Great ice cream with quick service. Great way to finish off our day with the trains.

Easy to locate just a couple of blocks from the trail. Their milkshakes are delicious and HUGE.
