Went through the drive thru, ordered, shorted a sandwich. I didn’t realize it until I got home so I called. Someone answered and said they just got there and had no idea what I was talking about but they would get the manager. Came back and told me the manager was busy but would pick up in a minute. Then a few minutes later they just hung up on me. Tried to call back repeatedly but nobody would answer. This staff needs to be dumped and the store start over.

I don’t understand what goes on here, but it’s like the lunch rush surprises them every day. But if you come when it’s not busy, it’s slow then, too.

Why is it always a problem when I come here? Today was the last straw, no biscuits because the oven is broke, the large hash rounds are actually a medium . When taken back in and ask about it I get the run around from the clerk. Also wasn't giving a receipt or an option of a receipt to prove we paid for a large.

It was only good when they first opened. They can't even take more than 1 order and fulfill it until they take the next order. I sat at the order screen for 18 minutes when another car pulls up and they immediately take their order. This location is way too incompetent.
