Absoutly Terrible!!! don't go hear unless you have atleat a half of a day to waste
stood in line for 30 min WITHOUT EVEN BEING AKNOWLEGED !!! ABSOUTLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Just to get a gift card because lord knows I wont eat this garbage. Place needs some serious management!!!!!!! save yourself the headache and don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter made an online order as we were walking in the door. There were several people standing around waiting for their food. We asked for a refund after waiting 10 minutes and were told no refunds. After waiting 38 minutes, we told them we were leaving so the didn't have to make our order. Not sure what the problem was but there was no communication from any of the employees.

Waited 45 minutes for 7 dollar trio. Gone here many times, and every time, their not even crowded and take forever. Unacceptable. Its supposed to be FAST food. I have also asked several times for og chicken WITHOUT MAYO, specifying NO MAYO, and guess what? I GOT MAYO SLATHERED ALL OVER IT. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

Not only was the food ice cold and disgusting, we didn't even get our entire order. The sodas that we did receive weren't even 75% full. I tried calling the store to report what happened but they can't even be bothered to answer the phone. Absolute waste of over $45. Hopefully corporate will address the problems.

This BK sucks. They leave you sit at the speaker for5 or 10 minutes before taking your order and you're the only one there. Don't even think about door dash from here. They don't even try to get your order right. They can't even make your burger right and what you want on it is printed out right in front of them and paid for

Whopper patty was cold. Fries and rings were cold as well. This fast food has been over priced for the poor quality. There are more affordable table service restaurants. Over 30 for 2 adult and 1 kids meal.
