Horrible experience in the drive thru. Finally got up to the speaker to order and was told we'll be with you soon. 10 minutes later we had heard nothing and left and went to MCDONALD'S where we got our food within 5 minutes. Won't be back.

Order the Whopper with cheese and was told the cheese was an extra 90 cents. Paid the extra and received the Whopper. asked if it was hot because it came out so fast and was told yes. The Whopper was cold and without the cheese that I had paid for. They did replace it. I lost my whole lunch break.

I've stopped at this excellent location a few times. Always a good experience. Last time a great employee named Chase (towards the end of the shift no less) went the extra mile and wiped down all the drinks with napkins. That extra effort was really appreciated. He was also very polite and ensured I looked to see I got everything I ordered.
