We have been to many Cracker Barrel restaurants, and this experience was subpar. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table, and the rooms were not crowded. My husband’s order was incomplete, my pancakes (and the looks of pancakes at neighboring tables) were underdone and had no griddle color whatsoever, and the biscuits were not hot and fluffy. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Great food and service. Minimal wait time considering how busy it was.

Herb roasted chicken special was not very good. Lots of bones and liquidity over flow from the chicken . Waiter spilled the juice on the edge of the table from the excessive amount of broth on the plate. Other order of meatloaf was good.

The food was delish. The service sucked. We had to keep asking for things we’d asked for before (like biscuits) and that never came. Our server attended to his three other tables while we sat for 15 minutes waiting to ask for a check. Maybe an off day? Maybe more training is needed? It’s just frustrating.

Waitress wasn't prompt on checking on our table. That's my only complaint.

The place was dead. At 4PM there were only about 10 customers seated. The host Ben was nice and attentive. My wife's meal the pot roast was good. Mine the breaded fried chicken was dry and too crisp. The broccoli was cold and the mashed potatoes were cold and hard. And NO BISCUITS! Ben said they were not done. Waiter was a 10 but food was
a let down. And it's not cheap!

The CEO has ruined this place. With the corporation doing DEI and sponsoring pride parades, I cannot support this restaurant anymore. There are plenty of local restaurants to support instead. I don’t want one penny of my money going to pride parades that have children present. The food has gotten worse in the past 2 years. The soup has been cold, portions are smaller, wait staff has had attitudes. It’s not a pleasant restaurant anymore.

We went to the Shrewsbury pa one.I don't think the changes were done to this one yet the server said it was just the sign I don't think it looked bad just easier to print. The store was full of fun stuff our food was the same and good!chicken fried chicken, hash brown casserole and carrots the biscuits were still delicious. PLENTY of variety on the menu with some old favorite.I was glad it had not changed and hope it never does my Grandson was who ask to go sense he had not been in years and he is 17 years old so to the new CEO even the younger generation likes it the old way please don't change it.
