My son and I visited for the first time. We did all of the NRC Trail and Heritage Rail Trail. On the way back we stopped at Gunpowder Falls Brewing. I just found it on Google maps. I had the 2 Export Hell beers and I thought they were great. If I did not have to travel another 21 miles to home, I would had tried another beer. My son loved his burger and I thought the wurst was good. Next time I am on the trail, I will be back. I hope soon.
my Fiance and I frequent this brewery about once a week.
the food is outstanding, good wurst, pretzels, and recently- chicken schnitzel sandwiches that are incredible.
the seasonal bier is great, really enjoying the Schwarzbier lately!
Really great German menu, seemed pretty close to authentic considering the area. Location and parking are great, plenty of tables available on a Thursday night. Beer was great and came out quickly.
Table service was slow at best, the bartender had to come and take our drink order because our waitress seemed to have gotten sidetracked elsewhere. Thankfully the drinks came out quickly and were great ? Our food took close to an hour to arrive, a Reuben sandwich and burger...
