Highly recommend!! We could not be happier with our experience working with Kim, Crystal, Krista, Craig, and the entire Tasteful Occasion's team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. The food was phenomenal—every single guest commented on how delicious everything was, from the appetizers to the main courses to dessert.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was flawless. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure our guests felt cared for the entire evening. The entire staff handled everything seamlessly, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our celebration without worrying about a single detail. They blended in perfectly with our celebration.

Planning with them was just as wonderful as the wedding day itself. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. It truly felt like we had a partner who cared just as much about our day as we did.

I highly recommend Tasteful Occasions for your catering events. They have catered many events that I have held, and they always do an outstanding job. I had a birthday party for my husband on July 19th this year, and everyone could not get over how wonderful the food was. My event also included a server, and this is something I also highly recommend. Mia was amazing and kept the food topped off and fresh. I cannot say enough great things about Kim and Rafa Hernandez and their business, and the care they put into making every event a success.

We had an amazing experience with Tasteful Occasions as our wedding caterer. Everything went perfectly! The booking and planning process was smooth and stress-free, and we loved how customizable the menu was. It was really important to us to serve food we genuinely enjoy, and they made that happen. We received so many compliments from guests saying how delicious the food was—and how it was actually food people want to eat at a wedding! The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing, and all of the desserts were just as impressive. Everyone we worked with was so kind and professional. We truly can’t thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so special. Highly recommend!

Tasteful Occasions was fantastic from start to finish! Kim was a joy to work with—thoughtful, patient, answering any and all questions, and made the process so smooth. The entire team went above and beyond, even adjusting our tasting session when my dad wasn’t fully recovered from a recent surgery.

They perfectly executed our family-style meal, and the appetizers had such a cute factor that our guests loved! I’ll forever be dreaming about their Italian sliders—they were a huge hit. The servers were amazing during cocktail hour and throughout the wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that everyone was well taken care of.

We did need to clarify allergies a few times, but they handled it all quickly and professionally. Our guests raved about the food - both appetizers and main course dishes, and we couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Highly recommend Tasteful Occasions to anyone!

Tasteful Occasions did such a fantastic job with our wedding. They were so trustworthy from the start with their support, flexibility, guidance, and organization throughout the planning process. We booked Tasteful Occasions and Crystal, day-of-coordinator, for our wedding in November! They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They are especially accommodating of dietary restrictions. The cocktail hour display was beautiful and the bar kept the drinks flowing all night. Crystal and her team beautifully set up our dessert table and special décor exactly as we asked. We cannot recommend Tasteful Occasions and Crystal more! We were so thankful to have them as apart of our vendor team!

The TOC Team is a wonderful, professional catering team! They have great menu options and are attentive with their client's needs! Their staff is friendly, professional, organized and thorough! It's always a pleasure when we cross paths at an event!

We booked tasteful occasions for our wedding on 10/26/24 they were amazing! I’ve had multiple people tell me how the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever ate! Staff was amazing! Bartenders were great. And Crystal was amazing!

We used Tasteful Occasions for our caterer and coordination for our wedding at Bluestone. Everything from start to finish with them was top notch. They laid out all the information that they needed from us up front so we weren’t bombarded at the end to meet the deadlines. They were great with communication about everything. Day of- everything was what we dreamed it would be. We got so many compliments on the food and desserts. They even packaged up the leftover desserts for us to take home since we didn’t get the chance to try any!

HUGE shoutout to our coordinator Crystal- she was a huge help from start to finish throughout the planning process and the day of. She made sure everything was running smoothly and everything was perfect. From the moment she got there, she made sure everything was set up perfectly and handled making sure everything was put in our cars at the end of the night. We got so many compliments from our bridal party and family about how awesome she was.

We really enjoyed working with everyone at Tasteful Occasions! Everyone was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They had tons of delicious options for every aspect of our wedding from cocktail hour to desserts. Our tasting was fun and informative. We received many compliments from our guests about the food and everyone especially enjoyed our ice cream sundae bar!

I'm so happy to finally get to review Tasteful Occasions now that I have the beautiful pictures of their food to share. I have been to so many weddings with "fancy" food that was really just dry chicken. I'm sure you have too. If you want the exact OPPOSITE of that for your special day, you need to call up Tasteful Ocassions. I've never even heard anyone compliment food at a wedding until my own. I received probably 25-30 compliments on how good the food was at our wedding. A few men didn't even compliment me or how beautiful the day was, just came up to me at my wedding to tell me the food is awesome.

Tasteful Ocassions (and especially Crystal) made the planning process so easy. They have an extensive menu if you're unsure what you want, but will make whatever changes you need as well. My sister is highly allergic to dairy and they made her own little pot of vegan Mac and cheese even though they've never made it before. My sister literally cried because she hadn't had Mac and cheese in years. Their options are endless but they also nail every single option.

Day of the wedding, everything went seamlessly. The staff were so nice and went above and beyond for me. They let me invade their space while I was getting bustled and brought me a drink. The bartenders were on point. Everyone was so happy with their drinks. Crystal hand delivered plates of food to my husband and I so we didn't even have to get up and it was stellar. Everything was so beautiful and delicious. I didn't know you could make barbeque look that good. It went above and beyond what I thought a wedding buffet could taste or look like. And then the dessert bar, oh my goodness! It was beautiful and I ate at least 5 tiramisu cups along with every other dessert there.

All in all, Crystal and her staff are courteous, kind, professional, and really work hard to make your day incredible. I know people get sticker shock sometimes when planning a wedding, but let me tell you, this is WELL worth it. Crystal is definitely in her element when it comes to weddings and her passion and skill show through everything she does. I might plan another event just to have their food again.
