Picture speaks for itself. Could simply put salt pepper oregano on my sub as I made that very specific and clear also didnt cut sub in half more like ripped… I get it if it’s Italian but maybe don’t be so Italian. Just wasn’t good at all and seemed rushed.

Went here to meet some friend's.
The food was just amazing and so filling for the size that you get. I got a small parm and it looked like a large with extra chicken!! Next time in the area we will 100% have to stop by again!

Great spot for lunch. They have a good variety of pizza on display to choose from.
They were very friendly and hard working. Very busy at lunch but people were served quickly. I had a slice of the Sicilian pizza and a meat roll. Both were excellent and very reasonably priced. Definitely will go back

We come all the way from the southern end of lancaster to dine here. The food is fantastic! The owners are born to please, as well as the employees. Roxanne is our favorite waitress and is absolutely devoted and experienced at what she does.

I have been going to Palermo's for years and the food is all way's the Best. The owner Frank and his son Michael are some of the nicest people I ever met along with Roxie the best and most attentive waitress I ever new, I think she really holds the place together.

I really don't like to trash a place but honestly, I tried to choke down a large tasteless chicken parmesan sandwich. I mean it. Tasteless. No taste whatsoever. I was very disappointed about it. I ended up eating one half of the sandwich and threw the rest of it away. Never eating there again.

It is a casual restaurant. Our waitress, Becky, is one of the best waitresses that have served us for a while. Becky paid attention to our needs, suggested options, smiled a lot, seemed like was having fun, constantly was cleaning the table and made our night special.
The taste of all the food was good. It does not have the same Italian taste as genuine pizza or pasta but to be an American Italian restaurant, it was good.
The portions of the food was super decent, one plate can serve two people.
I would definitely come back again.
