Yoder's Restaurant & Buffet

The food was absolutely terrible especially for the price. The meat didn't taste done. The brisket was awful mushy and fatty, not flavor at all. Everything seem to taste like it was reheated or sat awhile. Nothing absolutely nothing tasted good. This was our first time there and last.

We went for the dinner buffet. Several options, all tasty. No fighting crowds like other popular Lancaster area smorgasbords. Everything seemed homemade. My husband said the lemon meringue was great and he's really picky about that since his mom used to make pies. An added bonus is that they have a grocery store right there too, where travelers can grab whoopee pies and shoe-fly pie.

As a non local, I tried both this place and shady Maple for breakfast, and I think the food here was much better, it was all hot, and everything had taste, shady Maple needs to step up their game on breakfast

Wonderful and delicious buffet. The prine rib melts in your mouth. Great variety and the food is always fresh and plentiful. We always dine there when we are in Lancaster.

Not my first time there. The place in my opinion has gone down hill, the food wasn't that good, most of it was cold . Took 15 min to get a waitress and drinks. Not a good dinning experience

I’m not sure the price to value ratio is here. $120 for a family of 4 and the buffet was merely “ok”. Buffet food is never going to be as good as made-to-order, but I just didn’t feel that it lived up to the price. Some food was a little cool in temperature, quality was a little inconsistent.

I took my nephew for his free bday meal. We have been going to Yoders 15+years. But today will be my last time. I know I don't eat much, np but if I eat to fast or don't chew my stomach hurts and I throw up. I got the buffet so nephew could have his meal. I put on my plate mashed potatoes, tater stuffing gravy. On another plate 1 corn fritter, 3 shrimp, spoon of scampi, pot pie dumpling. That's all. Ate a few bites of taters and stuffing and my stomach started hurting. I knew what was coming. I asked server if I could take what was on my plate, not much. Of course answer was no. So I basically paid 17.99+ for 2-4 bites of potatoes that I threw up in bathroom. Never again.

We were visiting from out of state. I guess we had high ecxpectations … too high apparently. Service was fine. And the amount of food offered is plentiful. But the quality of the food was not worth the price we paid for it. 😬

I was very impressed with the way Yoder's is handling these crazy times with all of the safety precautions that they have put into place I will attach photos. First off we have missed going to Yoder's for dinner and really enjoy going there. Last night was a very pleasant dinning experience and we felt comfortable being there. Lots of cudos!

Went for the breakfast buffet, the food was very good and our server was very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back. You know it's good food when the amish eat there

It’s not that good. It’s your typical Pennsylvania over hyped, bland food made by people that don’t even seem to want to be there.
