I don’t know where to begin. Expensive overpriced lunch that was unappealing and unappetizing. Took my daughter an and a friend for lunch. Waitress didn’t know they had gluten free menu; had to get it from the hostess myself. No gluten free kids menu so had to pay more for gluten free burger which was just a hamburger with no bun. Sweet potato fries were not fresh and over cooked. Ribs were small and bland with little sauce.

Very nice atmosphere and fare. Service was great too. However, it was a cold day and heat was not working in the lower dining room. We settled for the upper dining area and every time the door opened, we got the gust of cold air. 🥶 I recommend fixing the heat and installing a vestibule. We'll be back in the spring.

I had high hopes for Buttonwood Grill, but the experience was overshadowed by the excessive wait time. We waited 145 minutes to be seated, which felt unreasonable. While the food was decent, it definitely was not worth that long of a wait. The wait staff was friendly, but service was on the slower side, and it seemed like they could have benefited from having more staff on hand. Better communication and staffing would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Was there yesterday with sister needed to get some ordered stuff, my sister likes Buttonwood grill I ate before was good, but yesterday horrible ordered a burger with onions and lettuce and tomatoes, got 1 piece of tomato a 1 slice of onion, I mean if sliced 1 small ring from that, not funny, I will never go again, my sister likes that place I'll go to pizza place up there and get my stuff never go to Buttonwood again
