I like this Dunkin because they open early. The donuts seem smaller than they used to be but that’s not particular to this one. They have a nice little area with tables by the windows where I sat and enjoyed my coffee.

i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don’t often leave reviews unless I have a truly notable experience, and my experience here was so completely abysmal that I feel morally obligated to say something about it.My fiancé and I dropped in here for some chai lattes, but really needed to use the restrooms first. There was a small line, which we stepped onto. One of the cashiers at the counter IMMEDIATELY yelled at us, saying “you need to buy something if you want to use our restrooms”.Alrighty then, fair enough. Don’t need to be so rude about it though.I step off to put in our orders, specifically with the woman who apparently required our patronage to pee. (This will come into play again and is the main basis for this irate review.)I grab our lattes and step aside to sip on mine while fiancé continued waiting for the restroom. The place was in shambles. Used napkins, crumpled straw wrappers, and old food gunk was all over the table I was standing next to. Gross. Can’t say if the other tables looked much better but I doubt it.Fiancé returns, I get back on the restroom line.Potty Police woman comes BACK OVER to yell at us again, looks me RIGHT IN THE EYE and demands that I purchase something to use the restroom.Folks, my blood boiled so hard, I’m shocked I didn’t have an aneurysm. I stared this woman right back in the eye and said, “I literally just did??”I understand it was busy in there, but I’ve worked customer service myself before, and I find it IMPOSSIBLE that she forgot me in the 3ish minutes I last interacted with her.Finally got to relieve myself and my fiancé and I BOOKED IT outta there. The literal only silver lining was that my drink was decent and warmed my ice cold hands back up.0 outta 5, did not enjoy being literally harassed while my bladder was about to implode.

cashier was so rude to me at this location. i love dunkin but i will not come back here. i repeatedly asked for her to add carmel, coconut, and crème to my drinks and she didn’t understand what i was asking for and kept repeating the wrong thing back to me and didn’t ever add the coconut. then laughed with her coworker after giving me my drinks and said here’s your carmel coffees. on the cup it said she only added carmel and crème. so unnecessarily rude to me i just wanted coffee.
