Customer service is the worst the employees that work there are disgusting to deal with, and they have the attitude and the coffee. It has nothing to do with coffee. I think itās water only š¤®

I am a Dunkin lover. It is all that we drink.That being said, today I ordered a small latte (low foam) and a regular coffee. Both were so weak, they tasted like just water. When I patiently explained to the young woman and young man there, they began to make excuses. Being a Dunkin customer for over thirty years, I knew that their excuses were invalid; things like ādecaf is always weakerā or lattes have more milk .ā I will never go back to that Dunkin. Had they offered to remake it or showed some acknowledgment, the outcome would have been better. Also, unrelated, the store itself was not as clean and well maintained as I have experienced elsewhere.

I like this Dunkin because they open early. The donuts seem smaller than they used to be but thatās not particular to this one. They have a nice little area with tables by the windows where I sat and enjoyed my coffee.
Service is always great and speedy. Their ice tea is always brewed very fresh. A++

iām not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences Iāve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience Iāve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they donāt use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didnāt leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.
